Obtaining some hard to get meds

Anyone else had trouble contacting Serena of Xatz Biotech lately?

Online sales of Melatonin have been suspended in Australia apparently because of reports of children overdosing on it. It's not available OTC here. I've just been doing the rounds to see if I can find another source. Amazon and iherb have both removed the product from sale to Australia. I went directly to the company that makes the brand that I like, and they don't ship internationally. Just attempted to send emails to Serena at Xatz Biotech because they have it listed and am getting undeliverable notices. I've still got 40 days supply left and apparently can still try going to the doctor to get a prescription which will be my next move.

That's a great offer, daddycat, and I appreciate it lots! I will wait for a bit though to see if I can contact Xatz Biotech because they do Melatonin in powdered form in a 100g package and that might be helpful for both sharing around, since that equates to 10's of thousands of doses, and covert shipping. I'm wondering if maybe Serena has left the company and a new contact needs to be established. I've got a bit of time up my sleeve but will let you know if your offer works out the best alternative.

Thanks @Fluffy and @nicklebleu - I really appreciate the offers! Like I said, I've still got some time up my sleeve - but there may be others in the same boat whose supply is lower than mine and so the matter might be more urgent for them. I'll revist the offers if my supply gets down to say 10 days and I haven't made any headway if that not too much bother for you?

Must admit that I'm feeling a bit agitated about this development, I do not relish the idea of going back to my old sleep habits at all after a lifelong battle with poor sleep! Melatonin has made a huge impact for me.

@Fluffy, maybe a lower dose would suit you better?

Recently I ordered some stuff from Serena to Canada and all went smoothly. The email I used was serena@xaheshun.com.

@Jones, The same here. I also ordered some stuff from Serena recently and used the same email address as above. The last payment I made was via PayPal whereas before I made my payments via bank transfers which were more expensive as I made my last payments in US$. Her bank charged a fee on top of my own, but she was lenient and allowed me to reimburse her the next time I order something.
 
Last year in November i made a double order to Serena, and the second one get blocked by the customs and I finally had to pay a big fine about, but that's not the point here.
If i have to make a further order in the future i'll probably go through Serena again.
But as I saw this thread being recently active and as i'm currently taking the stock of all i have, I came to some URL Serena sent me one year before, whether on Alibaba or on the well known site "made in china". The company for which Serena sells various complements had the name of "Xi'an Heshun", and they had their own Alibaba vendor page and also one on Made in China.
Now that i try to reach these pages it returns, for both site, that they do not exist anymore.

For instance, their store on Alibaba was on this page :

Which is now not existing anymore. All links to sub-pages, to products, are dead.

I searched on the Made In China website on the name "Xi'an Heshun", or on "xaheshun" (as it's the actual email address of Serena - serena@xaheshun.com.), but found nothing.

So, if someone is actually exchanging with her by email, can one please ask her the link to their Alibaba shop and if possible their page on the Made In China website ?
What I dislike here is that, even if Serena seems to well do her job, the company (or companies) behind her are rather opaque, and it's not much reassuring, that point made echo with a discussion i had with someone in a recent past, this person criticised purchases in China, saying that you can make a purchase with a company there and then three months later find no trace of the company in question.
