I also contacted Serena, same data as in the post above but I have issues with PayPal. My account is blocked and that was supposed to be cleared out yesterday, as told by their customer service. I have to get the code through text message on my phone to do the verification but although they have my new phone number, I still can't get the message when I'm trying to log in. I'll have to call them again. My order is delayed because of it for a whole week at the moment.
