Odd sky shows

11:27 tonight (according to my clunky battery wall clock) I was smoking and saw a strange light in the sky. At first I thought, ahh that's just a plane, which is pretty common here near sea-tac airport. No flashing lights. It got a bit brighter, then slowly dimmed until it was gone. 7-10 seconds total viewing time - if not that long it was just me straining for more detail/data. Perfectly clear sky. West south west of my location. To me (and if I have my Astronomy right, and I am by no means an astronomer) it was near Venus in the sky. There was no trail and only a little movement as it was moving to the north. I stood waiting for the light to return but after a minute, nothing.

This I thought was going to be a recurrence of something that happened July 3rd just as twilight/night meets dusk. I was (like tonight) out having a smoke before bed, looking up at the noctilucent clouds and a similar large, brighter than any star in the sky, went past from west to east, but that one traversed the entire sky as far as I could see to the east, though there were clouds in the sky. At night it is difficult to see any stars in the city and the store across the street has practically search lights on its parking lot. Again nothing blinking. Just a big light that never changed, unlike the flare up of a light that seemed to burn out tonight.

You never know what you'll see until you look up! :cool2:

In the past I have also seen unusual lights that move, just a little too strangely, and catch the eye. It is frustrating, because there isn't much detail to give, but something about it just doesn't seem quite right.

Here is a neat video I found today on noctilucent clouds. It is from the BBC, but has some of the better photos I've ever seen of the phenomenon. _http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/science-environment-10635796

I also see lights in the sky almost every time i look in the sky, i don't live in a city, last time i saw three lights, every one of it sailing through the sky, they are small like stars because of they altitude probably but move like they are drunk, left-right, no sound, no blinking lights, and twice when I was looking in the one direction in the sky, there was flash of light for 2 seconds just to see it, and once there was a blink just for a second.

Last nigth around midnight I saw an orange ligth, app. 1-2 meter across, which looked like a 'slow burning flame ball' tracking behind a greyish cuboid thing, like they where connected by wire 10-30 meters apart, it silently flew by at 50 to 100 meters above the rooftops at about 30-60 kph. I was really excited and chased it untill it was out of sigth over the buildings. This was my second conscious sigthing, the first was earlier this month also in central Copenhagen, something looking like a helicopter in lighting arrangement and speed which made a U turn at a speedboost I would think impossible for civilian tech or even publicly known military vehicles (not that I studied in this area), I was driving by so only caught a glimpse.

Looking in over larger cities, at least in Copenhagen, there are many search lights pointing upwards, huge beams with lots of wattage, I've been wondering what is the point with this?

Just gone 11pm and having a smoke outside when I looked up at the sky to see a bright light. at first I thought it was a plane coming across the sky headed to Birmingham Airport. But the light seemed unusually large for an airplane and was moving far to fast. It was only in the sky for less then a minute I kept my eyes on it, as the shape of it was more like a curved line then the spot light of a plane, then it just disappeared, nothing to be seen in any direction, no clouds to conceal it, it just vanished.

I saw something a couple of weeks ago- about 6:00 am I was on my back deck before getting ready to go to work and saw a bright light just above the trees-at first I thought it was a star but then noticed it was moving-so, it's a plane, I thought -we are right near flight path for Hartsfield Airport into Atlanta and there is a small airport in Gainesville not too far fron us so there is air traffic high and low 24/ 7-but this object had no flashing lights, just a solid bright blue white light moving at a steady speed from west to east-no sound at all.

It looked too big to be a satellite, could not judge altitude-maybe was space station? I have not seen again, so not sure what it could have been

When I was 17 I was with my father taking my friend to his house, in a Mormon town, and over a big hill it is a Mormon temple, you know, those white things with the angel Moroni over it. And we tough it was a light from the radio station or whatever, but it was very shiny, and my house was soooo far from that town, but we were able to see it. After, we got to the town and for our surprise there it was a big triangle ship or haha some Egyptian ancestral thing because it was so big, and so shiny, because we were able to see it as a star from my house, and it was all light, it was like cover by pure kind of light, and the lights flash from green to red. That thing was flying over the Mormon temple, with the typical UFO light over the temple, we was like WHAT THE HELL IS THAT??? I mean, to be able to see it from my house as I said, it had to be very big. When we were back home to a party I had a big irritation or allergy in mi skin, it was horrible, like something burned it.

After that, my father was convinced when I told him about that legend of Joseph smith and the lizard angel, and he left the Mormon religion haha because of fear.

Near the temple, is a house, in that house is living one ex schoolmate, but the interesting thing is that he is like an arian, tall, blond, curly hair and with blue eyes, his family have the same looks. There is a lot of that kind of people in that town, but everyone says is because of the Mennonite genes or something like that, I don't really know, but they could be used to make a movie about Ashtar Seran and the galactic justice league forces. When I began to read about aliens and Nordic people, and more, and just when I got to read the wave, because of whatever purpose in synchronicity, I was out of that Mormon school. I remember that I was kind of attracted to a girl and she to me, but I was kind of intimidated by her :-[ because she was tall and beauty with the complex of a valkiria haha, with a magnetic look, you were always feeling when she was seeing you and notice then what she was doing, she has the most beautiful blue eyes I have ever seen. I thank god to be out of that school because lot of people always reacted to me like they were reading my thoughts, I think I was living a paranoid interstellar fantasy in coincidence with what I was reading, adding that here at nights you can see the Orion constellation clearly in winter season.

Edit: Spell.
