I run the search several times, surprisingly it seems there is no dedicated thread for Ozone therapy. If there is please merge this with it.

For those who have ozone generator at home I wanted to share this really good guide for all the uses of Ozone at home. It has all the information including dose protocols.

Thanks for starting this thread, although I personally am more interested in ultraviolet hemotherapy - and I haven\t found a dedicated thread on this forum either. There’s also not many info that I have been able to unearth online on the nitty-gritty of how to do that.
