Has anyone here dealt with hyperparathyroid disease?
I've been having a tough year, with fractures, depression, increasing and debilitating weakness, fatigue, brain fog, bone pain, GI pain, etc.
Very high serum Calcium as of last week. Waiting for an Endocrinology consult and scans. I already registered for care at a specialty endocrine surgery hospital in Tampa with very high cure rates. Just need my scans and a confirmation of diagnosis.
I already feel some better just in knowing that this isn't psychiatric, and it is treatable. Whew!
Anyway, explains so much that's been going on with me, like the renal stones.
