Pate of chicken breast
The little water to cook chicken breasts. Add onion, garlic, boiled egg, pickle, mayonnaise spoon, spoon mustard, spices and grind.
Chard
Put chard in boiling water very briefly. Remove and slice (if desired).
In a pot add olive oil and heat, add the chopped garlic. Put the chard. Amalgamate all. In the end, sprinkle with lemon juice.
Carrot
In the pan pour some olive oil and butter. Add carrots (whole, sliced or grated - as you wish). Simmer. When done add lemon juice.
