Path of the Skinwalker

Watched the 3rd episode of the series (4th season). It has two main events/experiments:

In the first part, they use a ground-penetrating radar. This is perhaps the least fun part but probably the most important because the instrument's owner checked the instrument before and after the experiment (as should any experiment with any device). One device got a signal that masked any useful data it can have, a strange "noise"/signal. It would have been nice to do the test with and without the emitter but whether they did, it hasn't been shown. The second GPR at lower frequencies ("sees" deeper) was marched along a line and detected apparently a big "something" where they found metal last year.

In the second part they used a high speed camera (visible and IR). One rocket got its motor burned after a few meters up. The images (which camera? visible or IR? at what rate? etc.) seems to show a cloaked flying saucer right above the participants:

It looks like the rocket hit this "object" (that's what the interpretation in the show looks like anyway) but from the damage on the rocket, it looks like that the rocket got a malfunction when it went to the apparent height of the thing. Coincidence?

The conveniently placed cloaked flying saucer could be however due to internal reflections in the camera with convenient symmetries:

Without knowing the camera and the detector, it's hard to tell. Maybe they could sort it out through a frame by frame analysis.

It could also be both, cloaked flying saucer and internal reflections if one considers that paranormal phenomena half manifest only when circumstances allow them to blend with other causes (like with apparitions when there is fog and moonlight viewed at the edge of the eye's field of view), something like that. A superposition of states between material and immaterial manifestations of some sort.
Right after this incident they are visited by a non-transponding helicopter (maybe military) that lets some lights on anyway.

There are certainly other details in the episode.

There is this new and absolutely fascinating interview with Brandon Fugal, the owner of the Skinwalker Ranch.

He shares his life story that shows him being a genuine and hard working individual. He appears to be a bona fide American businessman with good values. He also didn't believe in UFOs or any strange phenomena prior to buying the ranch, in fact he bought it in order to prove that all the supposedly strange things can be explained and are natural.

He shared experiences of other people who were skeptics, his own experiences and how they made him a believer and led to hiring a team that would investigate whatever was going on there. He also shared a bit about his negotiations with Robert Bigelow (the previous owner) and that Bigelow couldn't and didn't want to share any previous information with Fugal, since it was a Pentagon black budget project. Fugal understood and accepted it and thought that it would be even for the best, this way they could start from scratch and make their own conclusions. Highly recommended.

I agree that Brandon Fugal seems to be sincere in wanting to understand what is going on at his Skinwalker Ranch.

The style of the History channel documentary about his team's research there is not the best (sensationalistic), but he does stress that the TV crew is only allowed to film what is going on and has no input whatsoever on what his team does there.

One of the most fascinating things they discovered there is the LIDAR image of what they think is some sort of portal or wormhole:

There is no data from the center (black hole) and a warmer ring surrounding it, even though there is nothing in that spot that could have caused anything like that. That spot ("the triangle") is where they observed and measured a lot of unusual activity above ground.

Another fascinating thing is that ground-penetrating scans found what seem to be large rooms/objects and artificial tunnels. They tried a couple times to drill through to one of those large objects and could not get through after a certain point:

- The first drilling produced something like metal flakes of a strange composition.
- The second drilling just could not penetrate while not damaging the drill in any way - suggesting that there is some sort of field there.

Those two areas of research (above the "triangle" and looking underground) seem to have been the most productive so far.

This is a great photo showing the circular feature detected by LIDAR (red = highly reflective, black=no reflection). But just to show how weird the black center is, here's another screenshot:

That weird black shape SHOULD be blue just like everything surrounding it. The LIDAR team said they've never seen anything like it.

Keep watching the current series as it is getting weirder and weirder. I really think we are seeing genuine 4D phenomena being captured on film and being shown publicly for the first time. For me it is the only way to explain the strange data they have obtained from their scientific experiments. This should really be brought to the attention of the whole Forum per comments made in the latest session on 23 September.

Pretty interesting talk by Col. John Alexander and George Knapp about the Skinwalker Ranch research done by Bigelow with some US government funding (that was before Brandon Frugal bought the ranch from Bigelow and sent his own research team there):

John Alexander says that they hired a team of 40-50 scientists back then to do research on the Skinwalker Ranch.

There are a lot of examples of weird things that happened there, including the opening of portals. One time an 8-foot figure climbed out of such a portal, another time there was a portal where they could see a different landscape on the other side.

George Knapp mentioned towards the end that Bigelow is done with UFO research and is now focusing on consciousness research, because he thinks that it is fundamental to understanding the Skinwalker Ranch weirdness and the UFO phenomenon in general.
