Panasonic FZ82, which is essentially a smartphone CMOS sensor attached to a 200m zoom lens. This small form factor with a 5.6 crop ratio gives an effective zoom of 1200mm, which is on par with an amateur telescope. Of course, a small sensor means that even ISO 100 will yield a lot of grainy noise, which is prone to demosaicing errors. This camera is fun to use, also for photographing birds and squirrels. I bought it very cheaply, with the intention of giving it to my small daughter, but it is too complicated for her.
