I came across the work of Raphael Haumann recently and found what I've seen more than interesting so I think I've to share it here.
Quite a long post, I know, but I think you will not regret reading it through since his work is IMO pretty good and important.

He wrote a pretty interesting sounding book and made quite a number of really good videos and an astounding documenary about the PlasmaVersum/Electric Universe (You will see it futher on in my post).

I've watched quite a number of his videos, as of yet, and quite frankly his work is brilliant and hard hitting to say the least...
It is souch a pity that his stuff is not yet available in the english language, in my honest opinion, since he does his stuff so good that I'm forced to say that it is maybe one the best works on this area that I've read and watched so far. This work should reach more people IMO...

One of his main achievements is an astounding and outstanding 3 hour video documentary called PlasmaVersum - Ein Kosmos ohne Urknall (PlasmaVersum- A Universe with no Big Bang). I've watched it all the way through and it is in my opinion the best throughout documentary/explanation about the electric Universe/PlasmaVersum I've watched so far. It also delivered quite a number of insights of whom I wasn't aware before .

At least since the seventies, we know that all of the galaxies and the wide ranges between them are fulfilled with electrically conductive gas, known as plasma. As the Big Bang theory was developed in the 30s of the last century, no one knew of it. This 350page book is about the fundamental contradictions in which modern physics has caught itself. It all started with not properly distinguishing between objects and concepts. Based on the statements of leading cosmologists and particle physicists it will be examined how far it has since been removed itself from the classical, rational science. Hi Pashalis. I've encountered some of these ideas elsewhere and have no problem with the ones with which I'm familiar, so I wonder if you have a feel for where he's going with all this?

In your estimation, is there an overall model here that is complete enough to act like a Copernican Inversion in Science (like the switch between the Earth-centered model of the solar system to a Sun-centered model)?

What I'm thinking is that Haumann has nailed with his documentary, ones and for all the old notion of how our universe and therfore also our solar system is working. There is simply no way arround the real forces, that are mostly in process here , anymore aka plasma and electricity.

You take the words right out of my mouth. I saw a short video of this this guy recently posted on the German sott page called "Redshift Rational", the same you posted above already and after this brilliant compilation, I watched through all his videos, including his 3 hour documentation.

I was going to make a similar post about this here, but after I saw that the draft of your post slipped into public accidentally, I knew that you had the same thought and already writing a post about it. It looks very well, thank you for your efforts to bring it to the attention of the forum. It is a real shame that his work isn't available in English.

Some points he make are real headshots into the current astrophysics. And even without to use a single equation to explain his words. Did someone of the German guys here spotted a false statement or a lie, or something he just confuses? Is hard to belive that it should be that simple.

Do his videos have easy-to-obtain transcripts that might be translated quickly by an online translator? You make the point that he explains things very clearly and in an "easily understandable" way - something that is always a plus on a subject that is interesting to learn about!

The fact the he speaks fluent and consistent over some periods is probably an indicator that he made a transcript for himself to make the audio part easier.

In the meantime, I read through his articles about psychology and culture critics. It seems that he is attached to atheism with a little bit knowledge about the psychological mind. While he make excellent points about the electric nature of the universe, he also make up his own assumptions about society and people in general, not necessarily false, but based on a small knowledgebase with just a few references. He obviously miss a good portion about psychopathology, ponerology, narcissism and mythology. His analysis of Harry Potter is interesting. A symbolic tale of a person who is in therapy to overcome his childhood traumas. Alice Miller had obviously a great impact because she is quoted quite often in various themes.

If he really is what he claims to be, then he is just on his own way as a seeker. I tried to find some info about his person, but didn't find anything about him except his videos and forum. He is mentioned a few times here and there, but nothing what could tell me who he is or what he is doing. Maybe I do not know enough about how to find the right information about a person. Maybe someone else do know better how to "google" someone?

This seems strange to me. Are the whole of quantum mechanics another form of bad science?

He also uses the voice and quotes from Ayn Rand and seems to agree with her philosophy of objectivisme. This could be a possible red flag.

He is not the first one defending the EU saying that even the whole quantum theory is wrong - or as some even say, BS.

Those I have heard/seen so far that say that also make a lot on assumptions and seem to speak as if they had the Absolute Turth. Examples: "The existance of black holes is as absurd as alien abductions" or "the multiverse theory is false, there is only one Universe and it's ours" (as I have related in another science thread).

See, I mean, I'm not a scientist but the way they expressed these ideas are major red flags to my eyes.

I wish I could understand German to look at these videos though. The descriptions are quite appealing. ;)
