Most play dough has gluten in it, because it is made from wheat flour.

I am going to try a wheat free, soy free alternative from the company Soy-Yer; this product was featured on the TV show Shark Tank.

They only add the salt so that the kids won't eat it.

Have fun!

I used to make it for the kids and for school projects. I tinted it with watercolors or liquid acrylic paint. Most people use food coloring. Raw sienna and burnt sienna are must-have play-dough colors.
