Sending Harry to get killed in Iraq could I think solve a few problems for the PTB.
1. It is highly unlikely that Harry is in fact a 'Windsor'. He is more likely to be a Hewitt, there is no resemblence to windsors but there is some resemblence to Hewitt. I guess they have done the DNA tests and will know.
2. If Harry gets it, the PTB think the population will 'rise up' against muslims/arabs. I don't think so.
3. there are usually three reasons or outcomes and right now it isn't clear but here's a theory; there is currrently very little support for the 'war' and for the US (in the UK) but if it could be linked to Iran or 'Iranian insurgents' in some way then there is reason for the PTB to believe that this will be their ace in the hole. Get everyone wound up with a media distraction and reason for 'war escalation, (state military funerals and the like) So there might be other things about to happen at the same time.
I would be very nervous if I was Harry.
