Propaganda? The "Fake" Texas DOT vehicle

I've received this twice in my mailbox from well intentioned friends, one in Mexico, one in Northern Canada.

Many questions......Is the truck really a "fake"? And it would definitely appear to add a blow(no pun) to the Mexican immigration issue. Does "fake" refer to the whole operation? This one smells.....Sure seems to recirculate too.

Hmmm... maybe someone should send this to Daniel Hopsicker and ask him what's up? Maybe it wasn't a "clone," maybe it was REAL??
