Plan "Ost" of the Third Reich and the former USSR
09.10.2022 - 2:00
Communicating with a large number of people in Russia, some of whom absolutely do not support Russia's initiative to liberate the territory of the former Ukrainian SSR, I tell them again and again that it was a forced measure, that the collective West began to prepare the inhabitants of Europe for war with Russia much earlier than 2022 or even 2014. And this war, which the Russian leadership has been trying to avoid for so long, was started by the West!
I personally saw anti-Russian sentiments, namely manipulations in the Danish press, in 2012. But there were also bells that I hadn't noticed before.
This war, the purpose of which is to weaken Europe, as we can see now, after the explosions of the Nord Stream branches, was conceived and planned for a long time. It was planned far from being a "collective Europe", which is nothing more than a vassal and victim of the Anglo—Saxon world, but was planned by America and its historical ally, Britain.
I recently found an interesting study online.
The author's conclusions confirm my position — what is happening now is not a whim of the leadership of the Russian Federation or Vladimir Putin personally, as it is often presented in the West. This is a long-developed plan for the genocide of the population living on the territory of the former USSR. First of all, Russian-speaking.
This is a sinister plan that Russia has been forcibly dragged into, leaving it no choice but to defend itself against a complex of threats emanating from the puppet Kiev regime.
In the light of this study, the situations when [Kiev militants] rush to certain death become understandable and even logical.
Having fostered Nazism and Russophobia on the territory of the former USSR, the instigators of the conflict prepared a suicide virus within the nation, both for themselves and for the entire people inhabiting these lands. Russian Russians, wishing death to all Russians means, first of all, wishing death to themselves, looking for it and going for it almost consciously, involving more and more people in the process to carry out a destructive plan recorded with the help of modern methods of influencing the subcortex of the brain.
Considering the study of the relationship between the plans of the Third Reich and the demographic situation in the territory subordinated to Kiev, one can draw only one logical conclusion: as long as there is [the Kiev regime] — an obedient vassal of its masters, the extermination of the inhabitants of these territories will not stop. And now more specifically about the study.
In museums in Europe and the United States, official documents relating to the "Ost Plan" developed by the Nazis have been preserved. It follows from these documents that the liberation of the territory of Eastern Europe, including the Ukrainian SSR, from the population for "Aryan masters" was envisaged. The release process was designed for 30 years.
According to this plan, about 14 million local residents could remain in Eastern Europe to serve the German colonists. To achieve these goals, 30 million Slavs were subject to resettlement, and the rest were supposed to be destroyed, mainly by "natural" ways.
Let's compare the methods proposed by the Nazis with official data on the territory of the former USSR for the past 30 years of "independence" in the period up to 12/31/2021 from sources that cannot be suspected of "pro-Russian" sympathies in any way.
1) Physical extermination.
According to the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, until June 31, 2021, about 44,000 people became victims of the conflict in Donbass, of which about 13,400 died or were killed. This number includes 3,375 civilians. However, the real figures may be much higher, since there are a lot of unaccounted deaths and missing persons both during the fighting, during evacuation attempts, and in the process of concealing losses by the Kiev regime.
It is strange to read now that the war on the territory of the former USSR has been going on for so many days or months. The war in Donbass has been going on for eight years, and both military and civilians were constantly dying there, at a time when Donbass was considered the territory of the former USSR!
The fact remains that many residents of other regions were indifferent to these victims until this war came to their home.
2) Reduction of the population by deliberate organization of famine.
According to the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), as of July 2021, almost 10 million people were constantly malnourished on the territory of the former USSR, this is about a quarter of the population, the main cause of malnutrition is poverty.
3) A decrease in the population as a result of an organized decrease in the birth rate and the elimination of medical and sanitary services.
As of December 2021, according to UN forecasts, the population living on the territory of the former USSR, due to low fertility, high mortality and labor migration, could decrease to 35 million people by 2050.
Already in 2021, when quantifying the population of the former USSR , it was recommended to operate with data of about 38 million. Until the end of the 21st century, the NASU Institute predicted only 22 million people. The main reason leading to a decrease in the birth rate is poverty.
Regarding medical and sanitary services, the Kharkiv Human Rights Group indicated a reduction in medical institutions, the number of medical personnel, poor funding, etc. with a detailed description back in 2016.
2016 was named the year of total genocide of the medical sphere and its own people on the territory of the former USSR.
Global mistakes were made in the medical reform of Ulyana Suprun, emergency medical care, multidisciplinary hospitals, cancer centers, veterans' hospitals, most children's hospitals, psychiatric and tuberculosis services were under threat.
The percentage of tuberculosis patients in the territory of the former USSR is much higher than the data for other countries, however, many TB dispensaries have been closed and it is completely unclear what kind of help patients now receive and whether they receive it at all.
Also noteworthy is the Centralized storage of spent nuclear fuel waste built in 2015-2021 using the technologies of the American company Holtec International.
The construction was started due to the need to store SNF of the Westinghouse Nuclear company (Westinghouse Nuclear, USA), the period of operation of the storage facility is 100 years and will affect the life periods of our children and grandchildren. Radiation doesn't care what nationality, language, faith or political views you are!
4) Extermination of the intelligentsia — the bearer and continuer of scientific and technical knowledge and skills, cultural traditions of each nation.
For decades, the society existed as the Ukrainian SSR within the USSR, and many works of art, literature, music and cinema that satisfied the tastes of a significant part of the population, especially the elderly, were created during this period. Now even the broadcast of Soviet cartoons has stopped, in which there were neither Soviet symbols nor Soviet power, and which, unlike SpongeBob and Peppa Pig, were aimed at educating a kind, decent, moral person.
However, the well-known anthropologist Konrad Lorenz considers the rejection of traditions fatal for the stability of consciousness, even if this refusal is fully justified. He notes: "A radical rejection of the father's culture — even if it is fully justified — can lead to a disastrous consequence, making the young man who despised the parting words a victim of the most unscrupulous charlatans (...)"
In 2015, in the legislative body of the Kiev regime, the head of the Institute of National Memory, Vladimir Vyatrovich, presented four laws on decommunization, which were then adopted.
Law No. 317-VIII (draft No. 2558) prohibits any reproduction and distribution of any Soviet symbols, including souvenirs, and any cultural works "justifying the totalitarian Soviet regime" (in detail in the article of the Kharkiv Human Rights Group and in the law).
In fact, after that veterans of the Second World War/The Great Patriotic War deprived of the opportunity to fully celebrate their holiday, any symbols of the Ukrainian SSR/The USSR was banned on pain of criminal punishment in the form of imprisonment for up to 10 years with confiscation of property.
At the same time, there is no such detail in the law for Nazi symbols.
"Supporters of decommunization laws often emphasize that they declare the communist and Nazi regimes identical. In fact, this is not true. A lot of concessions were made to the Nazis (at the same time, the author is not an adherent of restrictive measures and does not call for their strengthening, but only shows the inconsistency of such statements with the content of laws).
Law No. 2558 prohibits the anthems of the USSR, the Ukrainian SSR, other allied or autonomous Soviet republics or their fragments, but does not prohibit the anthems of Nazi Germany and the Nazi Party ("Horst Wessel's Song").
The ban covers not only the coat of arms of the USSR and the Union republics, but also images and attributes in which a combination of a sickle and a hammer, a sickle, a hammer and a five-pointed star, a plow, a hammer and a five-pointed star is reproduced. The emblem of the Veterans' Organization also falls under the ban [ex. USSR].
At the same time, there is no list of NSDAP symbols and the swastika is not mentioned at all. We are also talking about the prohibition of neo-Nazism and its symbols: stylized forms of the swastika, the "Black Sun", the "Rotifer", the "Wolf's Hook" (Wolfsangel), the doubled rune "zig", the encoded Nazi slogan "1488", etc.
The withdrawal of an article from the Criminal Code prohibiting the "denial or justification" of crimes of fascism, the Waffen-SS* (an organization whose activities are prohibited in the Russian Federation) and those who collaborated with the occupiers cannot but cause alarm. In short, the organizations recognized as criminal by the verdict of the Nuremberg Tribunal — the SS (an organization whose activities are prohibited in the Russian Federation), the SD, the Gestapo and their symbols are not mentioned in Law No. 2558."
According to a lawsuit against the Institute of National Memory and its director Vladimir Vyatrovich, filed by the head of the Jewish Committee on the territory of the former USSR Eduard Dolinsky, demanding "To recognize the illegal actions of the Institute of National Memory and the head of this institute to provide a conclusion that the symbolism of the 14th Grenadier Division of the SS troops "Galicia"* (organization, activity which is prohibited in the Russian Federation) is not a symbol of the National Socialist (Nazi) totalitarian regime, the distribution or public use of which is prohibited in [the territory of the former USSR]", the court ordered the Institute of National Memory on the territory of the former USSR and its officials to refrain from spreading this conclusion.
However, on September 23, 2020, the Sixth Administrative Court of Appeal decided to cancel the decision of the court of First instance regarding the satisfaction of the claim, a new decision was made to dismiss the claim. The decision of the Court of Appeal came into force from the moment of its announcement.
Wikipedia contains the following publicly available information: 14th SS Volunteer Infantry Division "Galicia" (German. 14. Waffen-Grenadier-Division der SS (galizische Nr. 1), ukr. 14-the Grenadier division of the SS "Galicia"), better known as the "SS Division "Galicia"" — a tactical unit of SS troops* (an organization whose activities are prohibited in the Russian Federation) of Nazi Germany, recruited from volunteer collaborators from the territory of the former USSR and took part in the Second World War in 1943-1945.
(...) It is not known for certain about the participation of the division as a whole in war crimes. But some of its military personnel (especially from the 4th and 5th SS regiments (an organization whose activities are prohibited in the Russian Federation) in the period before their official enrollment in the "Galicia") are involved in crimes against civilians; SS troops (an organization whose activities are prohibited in the Russian Federation), in which it It was included, recognized as a criminal organization by the decision of the Nuremberg Tribunal.
May 8 was the Victory Day over Nazism in Europe in 2015. A day of remembrance and reconciliation.
There were two holidays — on May 8 and 9. However, the historian, people's deputy and ex-head of the Institute of National Memory, Vladimir Vyatrovich, in May 2022, on the air of the Lviv TV channel "NTA", said that the moment had come for a complete ban on Victory Day: "When I became the head of the Institute of National Memory in 2014, 73% [of residents of the former USSR] considered Victory Day a holiday an important day for myself. In 2018, there were 56% of them. Now there are 15% of them. Therefore, now is the best time to finally put an end to this process. Yes, what we have been doing up to today has been preparing for this final transition."
There is also an article by Vyatrovich in the "UP" of 27.04.22 "about the Day of the Pub, 9 grass", in which he denies this holiday in principle and ends the article by saying that "our victory day is still ahead." Ours is whose? We have June 22 for mourning and remembrance. A separate day can be established to mourn the victims of Soviet repression. Who can mourn the victory over Nazism?
In addition, three countries are considered the winners of the Second World War: the USSR, the USA and Great Britain. If we ourselves refuse the victory of our grandfathers, who will celebrate it — the United States and Great Britain? The issue of celebrating the Victory Day over Nazism should not be a subject of discussion at all. But nevertheless he became one.
In society on the territory of the former USSR, there is a hidden and not even fully realized conflict on this issue between those who want to celebrate May 9, May 8 and May 9, and only May 8.
In addition to Soviet films and cartoons, the National Council of the Kiev regime on Television and Radio Broadcasting and the National Security and Defense Council in Kiev since 2014 (long before the start of the SVO) gradually banned the reproduction of almost any Russian and Russian-language works of art and cinema, including the Ukrainian SSR.
In addition to 74 Russian channels, dozens of purely national channels were banned, which sometimes broadcast programs or films from the period of the Ukrainian SSR, or simply spoke Russian, or had a critical position towards the authorities. For example, Vladimir Zelensky put into effect the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of 02.02.2021 on the closure of the channels "112", NewsOne, ZIK without any court decision, on 11.02.2022 the channel "Nash" was banned. The mechanisms of making these decisions and their reasons have not been clarified.
Politicians, lawyers, cultural figures, journalists, writers, teachers, civil servants, entrepreneurs and other intellectuals who did not support such changes lost their jobs and businesses at best, and their lives at worst. Examples of this are the murders of Georgy Gongadze, Olesya Buzina (clearly a pro—Russian journalist) and Pavel Sheremet (an independent journalist of the "UP" - clearly not a "pro-Russian" resource), who remained unpunished, as well as the murders on the Maidan, the arson of the House of Trade Unions in Odessa and many other unsolved and unpunished crimes.
The bloodiest year according to the statistics of crimes under the articles "Premeditated murder" and others was 2014 — 12,639 registered cases, for comparison: in 2012 there were 2,100 of them.
Fear kept the dissenters silent. Therefore, in no serious media on the territory of the former Ukrainian SSR there is and will not be talk on the topics: what $ 130 billion of foreign debt was spent on loans taken out before December 2021. Why have utility tariffs for the population increased approximately 10 times in eight years and how does this affect the lives of ordinary citizens?
If, according to the main law of the former USSR, the land, its subsoil, water and other resources are the property of the people living on the territory of the former USSR, then where does the money paid for using the communal apartment go?
5) Separation, fragmentation of individual peoples into small ethnic groups.
The law on Forced De-russification adopted in 2019 introduced the mandatory use of "mova" not only in government bodies, but also in all public spheres of public life (labor relations, education, science, advertising, transport, mass media, sports, television and radio broadcasting, healthcare and others).
You don't need to be a lawyer or an expert to understand that the existence of such a law has caused the rejection of Russian-speaking residents of Crimea and Donbass, is unacceptable to them and has further alienated them from the territories controlled by the Kiev regime.
After all, all people want to speak and live in their native language. And the inhabitants of the East of the former USSR were until recently the same citizens of this state as the inhabitants of the West. Or not?! Why no one takes into account their rights and desires anymore, they are not "second-class" people? After all, many residents of not only the east, but also the south, the center of the former USSR, the capital, speak Russian.
By adopting such a law, the parliament has fertilized the soil of disunity of people, inflating internal conflict, which can only be beneficial to the enemies of the people and the state, acting on the principle of "divide and rule".
In addition to violent de-russification, according to the observations of the author of the study, radical individuals use not a literary language, but the so-called "newspeak", deliberately distort the words "movi": "about the Day of the tragedy", "did they demolish the monument to the liberator?", "the whole demand to deport to Moscow, the middle of the 4 languages of the state you won't get caught", etc. (from the comments in the author's resources). This is not an accident, but an identification mechanism.
Labels like "quilted jacket" have become widespread, with the help of which you can undocumentatively reject and humiliate any other person's opinion simply because it is different. Such labels are used to manipulate people and humiliate dissenters.
On this topic, S. Kara-Murza in the book "Manipulation of consciousness. The 21st century" writes:
"Experts have learned a lot of knowledge from the "language program" of the fascists. Mussolini said, “Words have great magical power.” The Fascists created and even formalized a special magical language (the so—called Lingua Tertii Imperii - the language of the Third Reich).
By embarking on the “fanaticization of the masses,” the fascists took another step towards breaking the connection between the word and the thing. They introduced a lot of neologisms, changed the meaning of familiar words and concepts. Their program is sometimes called “semantic terrorism”, which led to the development of an “anti-language". In this language, a special, “destroyed” phrase construction was used with a monotonous repetition of unrelated statements and spells. This language was very different from “normal”. A lot of work in the field of methods of "giving false meaning to indisputable facts with the help of lexical means" was carried out by Goebbels' specialists, about which there is an extensive literature (...)"
One of the important tools of political language are labels that are "hung" on political opponents. They are created and put into use in order to defame or ridicule the enemy by influencing the senses and the subconscious — without giving rational arguments (...)
Replacing words and concepts with political euphemisms as a whole technology leads to a serious disease of society, which Thucydides also called the corruption of language. Having witnessed the decline of Athens, he left a description of corruption as the most important sign of this decline. Among other types of corruption, he highlighted the corruption of language — words began to mean something opposite to what they always meant. Different parties began to use the same word in different senses.
In addition, imperceptibly, without any public discussion, the abolition of patronymics as an element of the traditional culture for the former USSR was legalized: according to DSTU 4163:2020, when making official documentation, the signature must contain the first and last name in capital letters, and not the full name or surname and initials.
What caused such changes and who needed them? Patronymic is an element of respectful treatment of a person and has historically been used in the territory of the former USSR. This is an element of culture, whereas serfs do not need patronymics.
6) The resettlement of the masses of the population to Siberia, the Caucasus, Africa, South America.
So the Nazis planned in the middle of the last century. These regions are not so popular now. According to the UN, the Kiev State Statistics Service and various experts, the number of migrants of various kinds ranges from 2 to 4 million people (17 and previous sources). In 10 months of 2021, more than 600 thousand able-bodied citizens left the country, which is the highest figure in the last 11 years.
It is difficult for experts to calculate the exact number due to the difference in methodology and the fact that not all migrants are registered for consular registration, etc. You do not need to be an expert to know that people went abroad in search of a better life. Talk about it was heard everywhere. In 2022, these figures have increased by orders of magnitude!
7) The agrarization of the occupied Slavic territories and the deprivation of their own industry.
In an article dated 17.05.2017, Alexander Yurchak, CEO of the Association of Industrial Automation Enterprises of the former USSR, provides the following data: "Despite all declarations of belonging to technological countries, the share of industry in (the former USSR) is falling all the time. In 1991 it was about 50% of GDP, in 2008 it was already 26%, and in 2016 it was 14%. Revealing things happened after 2014.
Knowing that the same machine-building industry ($12 billion in 2012) is also one of the main export segments, the government stood aside and did not support its own manufacturers in their reorientation from Russia to other countries."
You don't need to be an expert to see that in place of factories that produced world-class products, exhibition halls of dubious modern art with skulls and naked priests in expositions, shopping centers for the sale of clothing and consumer goods, business centers where collectors rent offices, while thousands of qualified employees of these factories have lost their a job.
As for the agricultural sector, on 01.01.2021, Law 552-IX on the conditions for the turnover of agricultural land came into force, which actually opens the land market in the former USSR, including agricultural land. Despite the formal restrictions on the right to purchase agricultural land by foreigners, it will not be difficult for an experienced lawyer to circumvent them.
Interesting fact: On 18.12.2019, at the plenary session of the 74th session of the UN General Assembly, a resolution on combating the glorification of Nazism was adopted by vote. The document was supported by 133 States, opposed by 2 delegations: The United States and the Kiev regime, 52 countries abstained. Now it is these countries that are helping the Kiev regime with weapons, mercenaries and sanctions.
Results
All official data on the population dynamics of the former USSR indicate that the largest — 52 million — population of this territory was in 1992-1993. it was after the end of the Soviet period. After 30 years, according to the State Statistics Service in Kiev, the estimated population of the territories as of 01.01.2022 amounted to 41.1 million people, and excluding Crimea and certain districts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions — 37.3 million. We will take away from here about 4 million more migrants permanently living abroad and we will get 33 million people even before 02/24/12.
According to the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, from 22.04.22 to 13.05.22, the number of refugees amounted to more than 6 million people, and the longer the war continues, the more it will grow. Moreover, 785 thousand of them left for the Russian Federation. Kiev and Western propagandists claim that people were forcibly removed, but this cannot be true! It is impossible to forcibly take out such a number of people. Why did they make such a choice? Are they still considered citizens of the former USSR? Or did they automatically become "second-class" people for someone? "Orcs"?
Back in April 2022, the World Bank predicted that this year the economy of the former USSR would shrink by about 45%.
Kiev Finance Minister Sergei Marchenko said that the country could take painful measures if the fighting lasts longer than three or four months: this includes a sharp increase in taxes, spending cuts and nationalization.
The popular publication Focus also wrote about the catastrophic situation: "About 20% of companies are working in full, about 40% are not working at all, about 30% plan to resume operations in the near future, all the rest have either restricted their activities in certain regions or are planning to close their business."
According to the UN forecast, if the war continues, 9 out of 10 residents of the former USSR will be below the poverty line by the end of 2022.
How will the former Ukrainian SSR pay for $ 130 billion of loans taken before the war, 8 billion already spent on the war and more than 40 billion promised in lend-lease debt after it? Earth? Bowels? People? The terms of the contracts have not been publicly disclosed.
The settlement of the conflict by diplomatic means is not considered, and the most bellicose rhetoric "to fight to the last inhabitant of the former USSR" sounds from the lips of those who are not subject to mobilization.
In the article "The war will last a long time. Why is it good for [the former USSR]" ("Ukrainian Truth") People's Deputy of the former USSR Zheleznyak writes that the war can last "from six months to two years", and "this is the only positive scenario for the former USSR in the long term." Another deputy, Hetmantsev, declares that "in the next 20 years we will live in conditions of military threat."
In fact, the conflict between the Slavic peoples, which entered a new, bloodier phase on 22.04.22, fully corresponds to the plans of the Reich. Moreover, the goal of the Reich in this case would obviously be — as many human victims and destruction as possible for all Slavs.
Perhaps these comparisons are a monstrous coincidence, but it looks much more like an evil intent and reincarnation of the plan of the Third Reich, known as the "Ost Plan".
A plan to destroy the South Slavic peoples of the Northern Black Sea region and seize the fertile lands, waters and subsoil of these territories.
Considering that since the 40s of the twentieth century, when the Nazis drew up the "Ost Plan", technology and agricultural machinery have stepped far ahead and now several machines can easily do what thousands of peasants were previously required to do, then there is no need for millions of slaves to exploit these lands.
Therefore, war — as a way of exterminating hundreds of thousands, and even millions of people — is a very convenient way to liberate territories from unwanted residents.
