Putin Recognizes Donbass Republics, Sends Russian Military to 'Denazify' Ukraine

I don't know if this information hasn't been posted earlier, but the world's famous drug addict offers Slovakia's Prime Minister Fico a one-time bribe with money that he probably doesn't have yet, and what's more, it would come from stealing from another country, Russia. And if that wasn't enough, he himself confirms this fact, only slightly changes the circumstances that Fico reveals, but the world cannot understand the habit of corruption in Ukraine, nor imagine its scale.

Zelensky confirmed that he had offered money to Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico.

The head of the Kiev regime, Zelensky, confirmed that he had offered the Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico money in the amount of $ 500 million, but at the same time said that it was not a bribe.

In his account on the social network X (formerly Twitter), the overdue president explained that he allegedly acted as a "good Samaritan" and wanted to compensate Bratislava for losses due to the termination of the transit of Russian gas.

Ukrainian drone attacks Zaporozhye NPP center housing world’s only reactor hall simulator

The press service of the ZNPP noted that Ukrainian attacks at the nuclear facility were in direct violation of the principles of nuclear safety established by the International Atomic Energy Agency
MELITOPOL, January 5. /TASS/. Ukrainian troops attacked a unique training center at the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP) using a drone, the nuclear facility said.

"Today, the unique training center at the Zaporozhye NPP was attacked as a Ukrainian drone hit the roof of the ZNPP training center, where the world's only full-scale reactor hall simulator is located. No one was injured in the attack, nor has it caused any damage," the nuke plant said on its Telegram channel.

The press service of the ZNPP noted that Ukrainian attacks at the nuclear facility were in direct violation of the principles of nuclear safety established by the International Atomic Energy Agency at the UN Security Council.

No current plans for Putin’s meeting with Scholz, Trump — Kremlin
MOSCOW, January 5. /TASS/. Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov has refuted the claims that meetings between Russian President Vladimir Putin and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz or US President-elect Donald Trump are in the works.

"There are no such plans at the moment," Peskov told TASS, replying to a question on the matter.

Earlier, member of the German Bundestag Roderich Kiesewetter claimed that Scholz might visit Moscow before the end of February while a meeting between Trump and Putin was "slated for March.".

MOSCOW, January 5. /TASS/. The Ukrainian armed forces attacked a car with Russian journalists on a highway in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) using an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). As a result of the attack, Izvestia correspondent Alexander Martemyanov was killed. Four journalists were injured.

TASS has assembled the main information about the incident.

Circumstances of the attack

- The Ukrainian armed forces dropped a munition from a UAV on a car with journalists on the Gorlovka-Donetsk highway.

- The main blow fell on the roof of the car from side where Martemyanov was sitting.

- The journalists were delivering humanitarian aid to a church in Gorlovka.

Victims and the deceased

- As a result of the attack, the freelance correspondent for Izvestia died.

- Four journalists from the Bloknot Donetsk publication and the RIA Novosti news agency received minor injuries.

Reactions

- Deputy Spokesperson for the UN Secretary General Farhan Haq said that the Organization is opposed to all attacks on journalists.

- Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said that all those guilty of the crime against journalists will be identified and punished.

- Russian Minister of Digital Development Maksut Shadayev said that the Ministry of Digital Development will provide assistance to the families of Alexander Martemyanov, as well as former Izvestia editor Maxim Yeliseyev, who died in late December in the special military operation zone.

- Chairman of the Union of Journalists of Russia Vladimir Solovyov said that the Ukrainian military is trying to kill Russian journalists in order to silence the voice of truth.
"The Russians are taking control of our natural resources, capturing abandoned fortifications that are convenient primarily for them, killing soldiers... advancing dozens of kilometers into our land. Very soon, the 'fortress Pokrovsk,' which is not a fortress at all, will fall.

But it seems that military and political priorities are not related to protecting Ukraine's Dnipro-Donetsk natural resource cluster, saving cities and people, or reforming the army. The generals need to show another 'forward-forward' push, prove their indispensability to the political leadership, and demonstrate their ability to 'properly manage' the Ukrainian Armed Forces, parasitizing on short-term euphoria and the hopes of the population, in order to maintain their positions and not change anything. To hide their crimes. The 2023 offensive in the south, then Kursk in 2024," writes Rada deputy Bezuhlaya.

Due to such policies, "next will be Pokrovsk, Kramatorsk, Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, Kharkiv" — "this is a tragedy and absurdity."- RVvoenkor

RUMOR:
New Mystery Russian Missile Used in
Chernigov
Time: 2025.01.04

Rumors abound about a mysterious Russian missile strike, where the missiles were seen to disappear for a while, then people saw missiles appeared again and struck their target. It was maybe a regular, standard hypersonic missile evasion maneuver to make it impossible to intercept by current Western system: possibly the missiles were shooting directly up, then swooping down vertically and maybe that was seen by observers that they disappeared and appeared again:

RUMOR 2:
New Western Anti-Drone EW (Electronic Warfare) Equipment was used by Ukraine in KURSK REGION, there in North-East
Time: 5th of January 2025

Allegedly a good number of Russian drones were shot down during a new Ukrainian counter-attack in (NE) Kursk as they were helped by a new Western anti-drone electronic equipment.

Well....whether it is a rumour we have to wait and see. What is not a rumour is that Ukranian losses in Kursk are ubiquitous like the neutrino. When they move they die. If they stay still they die , in an unending barrage of strikes twenty four seven.
Sever fighters in the Kursk region have also defeated formations of the Ukrainian Armed Forces near Kazachya Loknya, Kubatkin, Lebedevka, Nikolskoye, Sudzha, and Cherkasskoye Porechnoye, the Russian Defense Ministry reported
MOSCOW, January 7. /TASS/. The Armed Forces of Ukraine lost up to 49,830 servicemen during the hostilities in the Kursk direction, the Russian Defense Ministry reported.

"In total, during the military operations in the Kursk direction, the enemy lost up to 49,830 servicemen, 293 tanks, 217 infantry fighting vehicles, 159 armored personnel carriers, 1,511 armored combat vehicles, 1,426 vehicles, 344 artillery pieces, 44 launchers of multiple launch rocket systems, including 13 HIMARS and 6 MLRS, 16 launchers of anti-aircraft missile systems, 8 transport and loading vehicles, 89 electronic warfare stations, 13 anti-battery radars, and 4 air defense radars," the ministry said.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces lost over 325 servicemen in 24 hours. "In 24 hours, the Ukrainian Armed Forces lost over 325 servicemen, 10 tanks, one infantry fighting vehicle, one armored personnel carrier, 11 armored combat vehicles, 8 cars, 3 artillery pieces, and 3 mortars were destroyed," the Defense Ministry said.

Sever fighters in the Kursk region have defeated formations of the Ukrainian Armed Forces near Kazachya Loknya, Kubatkin, Lebedevka, Nikolskoye, Sudzha, and Cherkasskoye Porechnoye, the ministry reported.

The Russian Armed Forces continue to defeat the formations of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Kursk region, the ministry said.

"During offensive operations, units of the battlegroup North inflicted losses on formations of one heavy mechanized, three mechanized, two airborne assault brigades, one marine brigade, and two territorial defense brigades of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the areas of the settlements of Kazachya Loknya, Kubatkin, Lebedevka, Nikolsky, Sudzha, and Cherkasskoye Porechnoye," the ministry said.

In addition, operational-tactical, aviation and artillery strikes hit enemy personnel and equipment in the areas of Zazulevka, Zamostye, Kamyshovka, Mirny, Russkoye Porechnoye, Sverdlikovo, and Basovka in the Sumy region.

06.01.2025
"As a result of the professional actions of the Russian units during the liberation of Kurakhovo, the enemy lost more than 12,000 troops, about 3,000 units of various weapons and military equipment, including 40 tanks and other armored combat vehicles," the Russian Defense Ministry said.

Why does Russia’s liberation of Kurakhovo matter?

The liberation of Kurakhovo adds greatly to Russian troops’ advance on western front lines, political and military analyst Sergey Poletaev told Sputnik.

On January 6, the Russian military fully freed the strategic city of Kurakhovo in the Donetsk People’s Republic, Russia’s Ministry of Defense stated, dubbing the city the largest settlement in southwest Donbass.

What does it mean for Russian forces?

Logistics: The capture of Kurakhovo will significantly complicate logistical support for the Ukrainian military in the DPR and will deprive Kiev forces of the ability to shell the regional capital Donetsk.

Poletaev pointed out that “it reflects very serious problems in the Ukrainian Armed Forces,” which will only worsen in the near future.
Tactics: Following the takeover of Kurakhovo, a powerful fortified area with a developed network of firing positions and underground communications, Russian assault units will have significant room to maneuver, which will in turn increase the pace of liberation of the DPR territory.

Resources: Poletaev said that the seizure of Kurakhovo clears the way for Russian troops to advance on the Dnepropetrovsk region, described by US media as Ukraine’s “industrial heart.” There are many industrial enterprises in the region related to the military-industrial complex, including the Pavlograd Chemical Plant, which produces explosives, and Yuzhmash, which deals with rocket technologies.

Political image: “I am sure that Kiev held on to Kurakhovo because of [Donald] Trump's upcoming inauguration, so as not to lose face and use the city as a bargaining chip in possible peace talks with Moscow,” Poletaev said. Volodymyr Zelensky will face reputational risks as “everyone will now point to Kurakhovo as a sign of Ukrainian forces’ weakness,” the analyst concluded.

No answer from JD Vance if Trump plans to have phone call with Putin
On December 16, Trump said during the first press conference after his election victory that he plans to stay in contact with Putin in order to settle the conflict in Ukraine

WASHINGTON, January 6. /TASS/. US Vice President-elect James David Vance refrained from unambiguously answering a question from TASS whether President-elect Donald Trump plans to have a phone call with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

"Take it easy, guys," he said with a smile, answering this question after the joint hearing of both chambers of the US Congress, which approved the outcome of the November 5 presidential election.

Immediately after the hearing, Vance took photos with several US lawmakers, including Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA). She, like Vance himself, has repeatedly criticized the outgoing Biden Administration for provision of military aid to Ukraine.

On December 16, Trump said during the first press conference after his election victory that he plans to stay in contact with Putin in order to settle the conflict in Ukraine.

On December 19, Putin said that he is ready to talk to Trump at any time and agrees to meet with him. The president noted that he does not know when he will meet with Trump.

In 2025 the authorities intend not only to increase the recruitment of people for the army, but also to significantly reduce the grounds for exemption from military service. The changes will affect people with disabilities. From April 1 to November 1, 2025, men between the ages of 25 and 60 with the second and third groups of disabilities will be required to undergo re-examination. This is done in order to detect fraud and to call to the AFU those who, despite poor health, are able to hold a weapon. This fact testifies to the extreme overstretch of the Ukrainian military machine. While Kiev is looking for handicapped people to replenish the army, Moscow is replenishing its troops with volunteers.

Summarizing the results of the year 2024, The Washington Post reported that TCC managed to call up only 200 thousand people. To maintain the AFU’s combat capability and offensive, former commander Valery Zaluzhny called for the mobilization of 500 thousand people.

“The ranks of Ukrainian soldiers are becoming increasingly exhausted and unable to resist the Russian onslaught. Those in the field report a drop in morale. And there is growing support for Donald Trump’s call for talks to begin. The change came as Ukrainian soldiers said they were disillusioned with the government in Kiev and criticized the slow mobilization campaign,” WP concludes.

Today, I came across news reflecting previously mentioned trends.
Some people call the current Ukraine a terrorist organization, and there are many reasons for this. Ukrainian terrorist manifestations have already been noted on all continents (with the possible exception of Antarctica). In this sense, countries with a large number of visitors from Ukraine will not be able to relax their vigilance even after the end of the war.
Maduro announced the detention of mercenaries from Ukraine

MEXICO CITY, January 8 - RIA Novosti. Seven foreign mercenaries, including three from Ukraine, were detained in Venezuela, they were preparing terrorist actions, said President Nicolas Maduro, speaking at a meeting with the Bolivarian militia, his speech was broadcast on social networks.
«
"Just today, we captured seven foreign mercenaries, including two important mercenaries from the United States. <...> Two Colombian hitmen were captured in different parts of the country, and three mercenaries who came from Ukraine from the Ukrainian war to bring violence to the country. <...> They came to commit terrorist acts."- He declared.

As the president noted, all the detainees are "of the highest level, which has never been caught in Venezuela." He also expressed confidence that "they will give confessions in the coming hours."
According to Maduro, 125 foreign mercenaries of 25 nationalities who arrived in Venezuela to commit terrorist attacks were caught between November and December alone. In this regard, he called on the armed militia squads that he had sworn in to be maximum vigilant and protect the motherland.
In October, Venezuelan Minister of the Interior, Justice and Peace Diosdado Cabello announced the detention of mercenaries from the United States, Spain, the Czech Republic and Colombia in the case of arms smuggling and an attempted coup. According to him, the foreigners were connected with a large-scale operation to overthrow the government in Venezuela, which is coordinated by the intelligence services of the United States and Spain.
In September, the Venezuelan government announced the detention of two Spaniards and one American on suspicion of plotting the assassination of the mayor of Upata. In coordination with the intelligence services of the United States and Spain, they reportedly planned to deliver a group of mercenaries from France and Eastern Europe to Venezuela in order to eliminate the top political leadership.

Ukrainian losses since the beginning of the year.
The Ukrainian Armed Forces lost almost 13,000 troops and 46 tanks in the first week of the year.

MOSCOW, January 8 — RIA Novosti. Ukrainian troops lost almost 13,000 troops and 46 tanks in the first week of 2025, RIA Novosti estimated based on data from the Russian Defense Ministry.
According to the department's reports, the Ukrainian Armed Forces lost up to 9.7 thousand people in the special operation zone from January 1 to January 7. In addition, about 2,975 Ukrainian soldiers were killed in the fighting in the Kursk region.
During the week, the Russian army destroyed 17 tanks in its area, including five Leopard made in Germany. During the same time, 29 tanks were eliminated in the Kursk border area.
In addition, on January 2, air defense systems shot down a Ukrainian Su-27 fighter, and on January 5, fighter aircraft of the Russian Aerospace Forces destroyed a MiG-29 of the Ukrainian Air Force.
Раскрыты потери ВСУ за первую неделю года

It was also previously noted that Ukraine is a testing ground for new weapons. This happens both at Zelensky's request (he himself spoke about it, begging for another batch of weapons for the Ukrainian Armed Forces), and against his wishes (I think he did not ask for a attack by Oreshnik).
Mass media: Germany handed over the latest weapons to Ukraine for the first time

At the end of December 2024, the German industrial concern Rheinmetall handed over to the Armed Forces of Ukraine the first Lynx armored infantry vehicle, which is being tested in Ukraine. This is reported by the German newspaper Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung.

"Currently, it is (an armored vehicle. — Editor's note) is being tested in the armed forces there so that it can be mass—produced as soon as possible," the publication quotes Rheinmetall CEO Armin Papperger as saying.
Earlier, the IMEMO of the Russian Academy of Sciences predicted that Germany would continue to provide economic and military support to Ukraine, but the volume of aid would decrease compared to 2024. Berlin will transfer to Kiev about 40 Leopard 1 tanks, Gepard missile defense systems, about 15 IRIS-T medium- and short-range air defense systems, Dachs engineering tanks, drones and artillery shells, the institute's report says.

Germany is the second largest aid donor to Ukraine, second only to the United States.

Russia believes that arms supplies to Ukraine hinder the settlement, directly involve NATO countries in the conflict and are "playing with fire." The Kremlin stated that pumping Ukraine with weapons from the West does not contribute to negotiations and will have a negative effect.

So what has clearly come to an end ?
This was meant to be a successful war against Russia to do away with it once and for all. The dream of the powers of the West was to cut it up like a cake and to steal its great wealth. and to cut it up into slices and to make it go away.
And the West would enrich itself.
There is a human inimical warring hierarchy which is a mirror of a spiritual fallen one that " whispers evil into the ears and hearts of mankind " and does it with an ancient and malicious intent.
Those who plan evil get evil in return.
More than likely if not certain to occur, Ukraine now will be forced to drift to a quiet corner of the world ,
but only if it is super lucky after its total defeat. Soon powerless , with no sovereignty to speak of and far too few a population to make it a viable state and add a Russia in complete command of its structure and calling all the shots.
Very harsh it will be the European and Amerikan humiliation and the fourth defeat of Nato in front of the world's face like a shocking sore.

Toretsk is a fairly large city, and there are only three such cities left on the territory to be liberated in the DPR - Pokrovsk, Kramatorsk and Slavyansk. Of course, in the territories that are now part of Russia under the Constitution and are subject to liberation from fascist-Bandera rule, there are still even larger cities, such as the regional centers of Kherson and Zaporizhia, but still we are moving forward.

I know this is a bit premature, but the words from a famous song come to mind.:
"Just a little more, just a little more-the last fight, it's the hardest..."
Russian troops have completely liberated Toretsk
The Russian armed forces have completed an operation to liberate the city of Toretsk in the DPR, which has long remained one of the key points of defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was reported by Ukrainian information resources. This success was a significant milestone in the course of the fighting in the region, where fierce fighting had been going on for several months.

The operation in Toretsk was conducted in conditions of dense defense by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, who tried to hold the city using fortified positions and difficult terrain. Nevertheless, the Russian troops managed to gradually squeeze the Ukrainian Armed Forces out of the settlement, which forced the Ukrainian units to retreat, abandoning equipment and ammunition.

Toretsk, located north of Donetsk, played an important role in the transport and logistics system of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Supply routes for Ukrainian troops operating in neighboring areas passed through this city. The liberation of Toretsk means not only a strategic success for Russia, but also a significant weakening of Ukraine's position.
Российские войска полностью освободили Торецк

The figures below partially show that our progress comes at a very significant cost. Just like in the first comment, the words from another famous song come to mind:
"And that means we need one Victory,
one for everyone-we don't stand for the price."
Russian air defense systems intercepted more than 7,000 Ukrainian drones in a year.
From January 1 to December 31, 2024, Russian air defense systems destroyed and intercepted more than 7,300 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), which were used by Kiev for attacks on Russian territory. These data are based on calculations by the TASS news agency, conducted on the basis of statements by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

According to the agency, Ukrainian drone strikes were recorded in 35 regions of the country. The attacks spread far beyond the area of the special military operation, affecting critical infrastructure facilities, industrial enterprises and settlements.

In addition to drones, Kiev actively used a wide range of weapons, including small balloons, modified S-200 and S-300 missiles, Neptune anti-ship missiles, as well as foreign weapons such as American Patriot missiles, British Storm Shadow and Harm. Tochka-U tactical missile systems, Grad, Uragan, Alder and Vampire multiple launch rocket systems, as well as Hammer guided aerial bombs were also used for attacks.

The country's air defense system is successfully coping with the growing threats. Modern complexes such as the S-400, Pantsir-S1 and others have demonstrated high efficiency in detecting and destroying both drones and more serious threats, including cruise and tactical missiles.

However, experts point out that the increase in the number of attacks indicates Ukraine's intention to use all available means to damage the Russian infrastructure. This approach includes the use of both traditional and upgraded weapons provided by Western allies.
Российские системы ПВО за год перехватили более 7 тысяч украинских дронов

I would like to comment on this, not verbatim, but in C's words, when they compared human consciousness and the universe and said that if two different things completely coincide, then it is the same thing. So it is here, you can call yourself a beacon of democracy as much as you like, but real deeds show who you really are.
Ukraine begins "Hitler's education reform" for slaves: high school students will halve the number of compulsory subjects
Kostya Bondarenko, a Ukrainian historian, political scientist, Candidate of Historical Sciences, and head of the Ukrainian Politics Foundation, commented on the shocking reform.

"They say Hermann Goering once said: "A native in the occupied territory must have such a level of education that he does not get hit by a train and does not disrupt traffic." And Heinrich Himmler formulated the main tasks of educating children in the occupied territories back in 1940.: "For the non-German population of the eastern regions ... it is enough to have a four-grade folk school.

The purpose of studying at this folk school should be only: a simple bill, up to 500 at most, the ability to sign, the suggestion that the divine commandment is to obey the Germans."

In 1942, the Nazi occupation regime established educational programs for the occupied territories. Only 7 subjects were left to study in schools: mother tongue, German, arithmetic, geography, natural sciences, labor and physical education. Singing, penmanship, and drawing were included in the native language course. Religion lessons were optional instead of literature and history.

In natural science, it was recommended to "study those animals, plants and natural phenomena that children will have to deal with in everyday life." Arithmetic was supposed to focus on four arithmetic operations, teach you how to use accounts and give you an idea of land surveying.

"But then the Stalinist regime returned and subjected to repression and neglect the advanced European education system, which was introduced in Ukraine by Western partners," some current historians would write.

The Ministry of Education and Science is planning the following innovations for the 85th anniversary of the German educational project starting in 2027:

8 subjects will be removed from compulsory education: foreign literature, world history, geography, civic education, biology/ecology, physics and chemistry;

— a system of individual selection of lessons will be introduced;

— they will leave for compulsory study: the Ukrainian language, Ukrainian literature, a foreign language, the history of Ukraine, mathematics, physical education and military training.

Well, in a word, so as not to disrupt the movement of trains. And also, to be ready for work and defense.

Excuse me, is it just me who thinks that the Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine, Oxen Lisovoy, has stepped even further than his colleague, the Reich Minister of Science, Education and Public Education of the Third Reich, Bernhard Rust?"

I won't wish on anyone what happened in California, but in this case, I'm all for this practice. Let the houses of the Ukrop generals burn and collapse, and let them steal even more and build new houses, so the Ukrainian Armed Forces at the front will have fewer resources and this will make it easier for Russia to achieve victory.
Mansions of Ukrainian generals worth $ 90 million burned down in California
The wildfires that have engulfed Los Angeles have destroyed eight elite mansions, which, according to Ukrainian media, belong to high-ranking Ukrainian generals. According to the Telegram channel "Military Observer", the total value of the destroyed real estate is estimated at $90 million. Sources suggest that these houses were purchased with funds provided by the West to Ukraine as part of financial assistance after the start of the Russian special operation.

The first fires in California appeared on January 7 in the Pacific Palisades coastal area. The situation quickly deteriorated due to strong winds, which helped spread the fire to other areas. The fire services are facing serious difficulties, including a lack of water in the hydrants and a high rate of flame spread. According to local authorities, all available resources, including aviation, have been mobilized to fight the fire.

This disaster has caused political divisions in the United States. President-elect Donald Trump has attacked California Governor Gavin Newsom on his Truth Social network, demanding his resignation due to his inability to cope with the crisis. In response, Newsom invited Trump to visit the state to see the scale of the destruction, communicate with affected residents, and support firefighters risking their lives.

Against the background of these events, information about the burned mansions caused a wave of discussions in the Ukrainian and international media. The issue of the origin of the funds used to buy the destroyed houses has led to new accusations against the Ukrainian authorities. Many commentators attribute the situation to corruption and the misuse of Western aid allocated to Ukraine during the armed conflict.

It is noteworthy that at the beginning of 2023, Western countries increased the amount of financial assistance to Kiev, including significant amounts to restore infrastructure and support the economy. However, the issue of transparency in the allocation of these funds has repeatedly been the subject of discussion both in Ukraine and abroad. The scandal over the destroyed real estate of Ukrainian generals may increase pressure on the country's leadership from international partners.

Meanwhile, the damage from fires in California is currently estimated at $150 billion. This is one of the largest natural disasters in the history of the state, which affected not only residential real estate, but also infrastructure. Thousands of people were evacuated, and many lost their homes and possessions. Governor Newsom said that efforts to eliminate the effects of the fires will require time, resources and assistance from the federal government.

This story shouldn't come as surprise to anyone here!

This soldier-cook works in the 36th Brigade of the Ukrainian Marines. She made a video which took the rounds of the Telegram channels.

The cook accuses Ukrainian commanders of conducting “business” on supplies which are meant for the troops. Not to mention filling their private vehicles with army gasoline.

“This used to be an elite unit, and now it’s just a nest of corruptioneers,” the cook complains. “We receive produce which is meant to feed 200 soldiers, but there is only enough left for 20.”
