A banner was unfurled on Elbrus congratulating Putin on his birthday

NALCHIK, October 7 – RIA Novosti. A banner congratulating Russian President Vladimir Putin on his birthday was unfurled on Saturday at an altitude of 4,100 meters on Elbrus, the government of Kabardino-Balkaria reported.
"Today, on the highest mountain in Europe, Elbrus, at an altitude of 4,100 meters, a banner was unfurled and our President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, was congratulated," the message reads.

It is noted that the action was carried out by the administration of the Elbrus district together with the Elbrus high-altitude search and Rescue squad of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia, employees of the Kavkaz JSC cable car.The Russian Federation", the local branch of the United Russia party, public and youth organizations of the region.
