Hello,
We know there's a 3600-year periodic cycle, known as the "comet cluster" on the forum.
Is there a smaller periodic cometary cycle?
(Not necessarily as "destructive" / "impacting" as the 3600-year cycle!)
Has this question been raised anywhere, to your knowledge?
I understand that the sun (for example) could, through its cycles, produce comets periodically—it is in this context that I would like to know if it has been proven that smaller comets appear. Whether it's the sun, or any other cause—I would therefore like to ask if you were aware of the existence of a cometary cycle shorter than 3600 years, please.
Thank you!
