I've been doing the 5 Tibetan Rites each morning for the last few months. Overall, I do feel clearer headed and fresher during the day. I find that I need to do the spins very slowly. My equilibrium has always been very sensitive. If I spin too fast dizziness and nausea results, takes several hours to recover.
I haven't tried the Sixth Rite as yet, taking note of the warnings in some of the instructions. And, of course, daily EE breathing is very effective, so probably would be not be much gain doing the sixth rite.
