:lol2: Come to think of it, it's not all that funny - it's terribly true.

When you read the word (or hear it) "Halloween".... what is the first image that comes to your mind? Just one or two words is all I'm looking for.

Image: Hubby and I exchanging vows.

Happiness and a rebel yell.

Sorry to skew the stats. I was married on Halloween, and always considered it a celebration of souls, not a scary thing at all. I get just as tired of the whole spooky treatment of death as I do about the glamorization of vampires, and the fear of skeletons. (Yes, bones to me are beautiful things, without them we'd be piles of goop.)

That is so awesome. Did you two go goth?

(Just kidding!)

Anyways, I think carved pumpkin for me too, and then my pillowcase filled with candy. :)

A white sheet ghost, like would be formed if you took a helium balloon and covered it with a white bed sheet.

the first few words that popped up in my mind was, hell, evil, scary, ghosts

Costumes and candy.

The masked killer from the horror film of the same name. Just the shadow of him.

That film was one of the scariest things I ever watched as a kid, and I watched an absurd amount of horror films too.
