Just happened to spot this in the Oxford Times from Thursday 26th April 2012, didn't seem to make the National Press/radio or television.

An application has been made to the Attorney General calling for a full inquest into the death of weapons inspector Dr David Kelly.
On July 21, 2003, Oxfordshire coroner Nicholas Gardiner opened an inquest into Dr Kelly's death three days after his body was discovered in woods on Harrowdown Hill, close to his Southmoor home.
The then Prime Minsister, Tony Blair, commissioned the Hutton Inquiry, which concluded Dr Kelly, 59, died from blood loss after cutting his own wrist with a gardening knife. Dr Kelly had been identified as the source of leaks that questioned the veracity of claims about Iraq's military capabilities.
But there have been repeated calls for a full inquest, with the latest application being made by Dr Andrew Watt, from Scotland, and Brian Spencer, from Cornwall.
Dr Watt, a retired clinical pharmacologist, said:"This is the third application of its kind for a full inquest into the death of David Kelly. The Attorney General could decide to ask the High Court to order a full inquest".
Dr Watt and Mr Spencer believe questions still need to be answered regarding the circumstances of Dr Kelly's death.

There is a full article here, with the application to the coroner.
