Something stuck out as a possibility about this story.
The first person they cite in the article as seeing it described it as shaped like a Jellyfish and as though it was on fire on the inside. He stated he saw these trough binoculars. He then called his son whom was in a different vantage point but not far away, stated his first impression was something looked as though it was on fire. Similiar discriptions.
Then it goes to the dude kicking back (I didn't know that the phrase "kicked back" has become recognized journalistic term.) living in a trailer park and a nick name of "Shorty" (I noticed that I had impressions forming about the character automatically) described what would seem to be a completely different craft. A triangular configuration of lights. Real high up too. The original person didn't state that it was travelling up and down, only that it took off towards the east after witnessing it just above tree top level.
Then the couple in a different town and along the flight pattern first saw it while they were assumed to be inbetween the source of the lights and their home travelling in a car. They were able to see a slowly flying source of lights but with no description of the formation or shape. The couple arrive home and witness the same source now travelling over their house. It then sounds like it went into hyper-drive mode and shot off banking out of the visible range of the couple and apparently out of the atmosphere.
Then they say another object approaches from a different direction than the first's exit (assuming otherwise this would have been mentioned that the first one took off in same locally familiar name) and retraces the flight pattern of the first object, starting with and stopping over the first couple first. Then the second object travels to the point where the first was seen hovering for minutes, then the second craft comes back towards the couple and then takes off in the same fashion and direction of the first.
Now if I play that in my mind and the differences of the two shapes I form a theory that goes like; The first craft was indeed a very UFO as fiery hovering giant jellyfish shaped objects seem very different than three lights high up in the sky. Triangular craft sound much more conventional and within the realm of the National Security State apparatus that is using non-conventional systems and crafts, possibly learned from studying downed objects retrieved in the past. The story of the glowing pearl like object in the back of the ambulance recently and then the more historical Wales 1974 description of a glowing downed sphere come to mind associatively.
Perhaps the NSS was witnessed performing it's investigation, possibly doing readings in each of the spots that the actual UFO was hovering. If the NSS does have unconventional craft then it could also be assumed to have equally advanced tracking systems and be able to download into investigating craft flight paths and points of interest. Then it seems to continue it's retracing of the jellyfish type object's flight pattern and blasts off as well. That is pretty impressive to think that humans may have been able to achieve travel at such speeds and ascent.
If this is at all true, it does again associatively bring up a few other recent witnessed accounts that I have read about. There seems to be the triangular type craft showing up in lots of places, and if it is some entity of a countries or a association of countries it is disturbing to think of it being seen in places like Iran which it has been reported to of been seen. After reading about the drumming circle of warmongers in the US, Britain and Israel against Iran and Syria, that the thought that this great technology is already being used for our very earthly wars. It is hard to imagine that members of the NSS are above the rest of the lots petty politics and tribulations.
Which again brings up another thing I read recently which was an article on the possible perspective of non-earthly beings as being reluctant to make contact or engage earth bound beings, to not want to enable our very suicidal tendencies.
