Retirees continously warned to stay away from natural dietary supplements

Weird that vitamins or herbs would interact with meds. Isn't that like saying food interacts with meds so stop eating any food that contains nutrients? Some food is dense with vitamins, especially organic food, so maybe they should just eat paper to be safe?

Very soon they will say: just eat Monsanto food or GM foods IF you are under medication.

This, and much more, is certainly what they would most want to be implemented:

"What is the greatest danger for agribusinesses such as Monsanto or Limagrain? All movements which promote healthy food, wellness, natural products that are GMO-free, alternative medicine or alternative lifestyles. So in short: healthy people become dangerous in the eyes of the food industry. Their solution was simple: get Fenech to label nutritionists or groups promoting well-being as dangerous gurus or cults, then get Renaud Leblond, who worked at Limagrain, to write a book on cults and then you have a highly orchestrated campaign by major industrial food groups, backed by media groups such as Lagardere (Paris-Match), where, once more, we inevitably find Renaud Leblond."

And strategies like Miviludes' insane assertions that e.g. a change in eating habits and the refusal of medical care is a cult activity rigidifies even more those already inculcated by Big Pharma's lies.

They keep using this scapegoat theme ad infinitum and ad nauseum, so that, eventually, they won't stand alone in going against those with open minds, but have a whole mass of people supporting them, who do the dirty job of reporting the 'dangerous ones' to the officials.
I wonder how far they'll be able to go with this.

Isn't it amazing how the most cultish and closed minded can point to the most open minded and knowledgeable and call them a dangerous cult? This has of course happened over and over again throughout history (with disastrous results). What to do about the authoritarian followers: that's the question.

As Laura has pointed out, they could just as well follow beneficial leaders (authorities), but since none exist, we're in a kind of catch 22. The hundredth monkey / butterfly wings phenomenon is, I guess what can release us from this catch 22. We need to continue to strategically spread the knowledge and eventually non-linear effects can manifest. That's the only realistic hope: non-linear effects that change everything in unpredictable/unknowable ways. OSIT.

I know a man who people think is crazy, or senile, living near the village. But he is a very connaisseur of plants and flowers and natural remedies. The idea of natural remedies as dangerous is more than just a veneration of doctors. People think that when you prefer natural remedies instead of medication you are not normal, you are crazy and you are "strange", different, maybe dangerous. If something one day happens in this village, I imagine sometimes, under the fear or anything else, they can point their finger to me, because: I don't believe in God and I do believe in natural remedies. If nothing happens, ok, people accepted as you are, in front, than at your back they critizice you, I know and I don't care. ;) But if one day fear or war or something like that will happen, let me tell you that I don't know how my position will be. Nor the position of this man that knows nature. :/

It is like that as it was in the Middle Ages.

In the same position as you are loreta,

"I" like to take walks in the woods, whether during the day or at night. The insinuations of being crazy, are subtle and not so subtle. Just because i don't eat out with them when they go to McDonalds, or sit with them when they watch mindless sports on the T.V, etc. It is quite a tragicomic situation.

A dark age indeed.

Yesterday I was talking to the sister of my husband. We arrived at the conclusion that if something arrives, I don't know, war of unrest civil, or anything, a cataclysm, something BIG, people who depends on medication (the majority) will react with 2 forms: they will become very aggressive, because they will need their medication or they will simply suffer very much, for the same reason. Imagine a cataclysm when you can not receive you medication (anti-depressants, for example). How people will act?

So, if something arrives, people who don't depend on medication I think have more chances to survive. Not just mentally. But specially mentally. When something happens you need all your strength and your vitality, your senses and your clarity of spirit.

We hope nothing will happen... But who knows?

I've thought about these issues, as well. And the carb addicts too. How will people deal with crop failures and other catastrophes? They need to eat every couple of hours. Also they can't imagine not eating grains, etc. because they are addicted to the opium-like substances.

I think many of these people will freak out and become very unpredictable. And definitely their survival chances will be much lower in any adverse circumstances.
