Whenever I see people wanting the OOBE experience, or astral projection, I always remember what was said in The Sufi Path of Knowledge:

greetings

this my first post, did a search but could not find or relate any thread to this subject which is bothering me

after reading robert monroe book far journeys, something inside me related the "inspecs entities" described in the book to the STS entities described by the cassiopaeans.

here is a excerpt from the book, when robert asks about ufos and if it is a manifestation of those entities:

You would have lost that bet, Mister Monroe. Such are manifestations
of another pattern, of which you will soon become aware.

here is a subsequent excerpt, when the "inspecs" clarify robert monroe doubts about the earth process of generating energy or the flux of energy:

We did not create time-space as you know it, nor the physical earth, nor
the human process, nor the energy flow itself. That is not our department,
as you put it. Our concern is the output and the . . . quality of such. To
this end, we adjust the internal flow as needed.

From reading the cassiopaeans transcripts i understood that 6th density created 3rd density, but in my understanding, the STS entities consume energy generated from the stress of living in a limited or dense reality.

So, anyone share my perception that those "inspecs" are STS entities, that appear to him like "angels of light", working on maintenance of the flux of energy, and that they lied to him about not being manifestations of the ufos?
