Rosie O Donnell Spells It Out - End Of Her Career?

Since this thread is about Rosie, I'll add it here.

A friend told me this afternoon that Rosie will not be returning to "The View". Contract negotiations broke down, apparently, because of a clause that stated something along the lines of "you will discuss only approved topics".

So the gag order is on.

She refused and said she won't be returning after this June.

I can't confirm this.

Also during the chat, it seems Rosie will be looking into 'Loose Change' video. Hopefully, if she is earnest, she will dig deep enough not to be an unwitting COINTELPRO agent.

Would it be possible to send Rosie "911 Ultimate Truth" or "Political Ponerology" with a note that gives link to SOTT and cass? I don't think we can go wrong with that gesture. If she's cointelpro, she'll ignore the info. If she's genuine, it can help her deal with cointelpro that is no doubt targeting her and has a good chance to manipulate her one way or another. But if she IS genuine, she can potentially do a lot of damage to the system with her exposure. Just a thought.

The problem with that is actually getting it to her. She's notoriously difficult to actually get in contact with - but if anyone knows someone who knows someone who knows someone - then copies can easily be made available for her.

About Rosie, "The View", and her contract issues, I found this:

She says that she will be coming back?

Back to Rosie, today I had a chat with some colleagues about the whole "resigning" from The View. While I am not exactly the world's biggest Rosie O fan, the whole incident stinks of censorship. The frustrating thing was that I was unable to get my coworkers to see the difference between this incident and the recent Don Imus affair. I mean, it seems blatantly obvious to me that there's a whole lot of difference between someone making racist, ignorant, hurtful comments toward other human beings, and someone making some astute observations and asking a couple of questions that no one else on mainstream media seems to be asking. And these were the more intelligent of my coworkers (I can't even discuss these things really with another coworker whose entire family is military- she's smart but brainwashed). Of course, these are the same people who really believe that electing a Dem to office is going to solve everything (just like it did in the last election....NOT). All I could think of after we talked was, holy ponerology! This mindset is really ingrained in people here, and it's frightening.

That's interesting cause I encountered the same Imus/Rosie program running, also from a fairly thoughtful co-worker. I said how I thought Imus made statements based on bigotry and then asked how that applied to Rosie - all I got was 'deer caught in headlights' syndrome.

I've been listening to the Alex Jone's radio show and "The View" non-stop for about four weeks now strictly to follow this story on Rosie O'Donnell. Alex caught on to what she was saying in her blog and on "The View" and he's been doing everything he can to get her on his show. He claims he's been talking to a few people in her camp and that she has written him one e-mail. He admits he has never been a fan but he recognizes her power to blow the 911 truth movement super nova and is calling for his listeners to put their negative feelings aside and support her. On one show he shouted "I salute Rosie" for having the courage to speak about WT7. Alex even started a whole website to defend Rosie from being fired. One of the main connections he has to Rosie is through William Rodriguez. William is well informed about the 911 conspiracy. As a decorated survivor turned truth teller he has made many appearances on the Alex Jones radio show to talk about it. He has befriended Rosie and no doubt has been a force behind Rosie's new comments on "The View". Knowing what I know about Willie's stance I can imagine she is getting a serious dose of Truth on the 911 level at least. At first I was weary about how closely he was advising her because I don't trust Alex very much but on Thursday's (4/28/07) "The View" she attempted to talk about "her good friend Willie Rodriguez" but she was never able to squeeze it in. Apparently the only true live shows of "The View" are on Tuesday and Thursday and Alex claims through his sources and from the one e-mail she wrote to him that she was doing whatever she could to squeeze facts in on those days. It is clear to me that she is being censored; she would like to say a whole lot more but she can't. On Friday's (4/29/07) show they had two 911 first responders on talking about the fact that half of the 50,000 responders have lung problems. I listened closely to see if any more info of the massive conspiracy would be spoken and I was severely disappointed that it did not. But at the end of the show she apologized to all watching by saying that she wishes she could say and do more but she can't and she promised that next year she would be talking about 911. I have no idea about how deep her knowledge is of the 911 cover-up but I know how much it meant to me to hear the little bit that she was able to squeeze onto "The View". She does have a serious potential to help awaken the masses. Alex Jones claims that she has been onto the 911 conspiracy for two years. I don't know about that because I've known him to hype things that will potentially work in his favor. I hope she does not go on his show. All she has to do is listen to one of his shows to realize he is very sexist. All he wants to do is use her. Anyway, I think Rosie is sincere and I hope she follows 911 knowledge to higher truth. I'll try to email her some info to guide her in this direction.

I'm sorry to post my opinion without reading this whole thread in it's entirety because it might already be mentioned here but nonetheless I feel that the whole Rosie thing is a farce. She is what is known as a useful idiot propogating lies about what really is happening to mislead and make the whole alternative media ring look like a circus with no clue. She is no better in my opinion than O'Reilly because it has the exact same effect.
Also I would like to point out that had she even scratched the surface of truth she would have been yanked off the set on live television.Just more crap to throw in to bring the rest of the people trying to do good honest investigative journalism to their knees. The last thing we need is another Hollywood wannabe journalist muddying up the waters.
And about Rosie being sincere?? Please! All Rosie is concerned about is Rosie.Nothing more. She probably has as much empathy as this inanimate keyboard that I'm typing on.

Upon further speculation and taking time to actually think what I said through,I reminded myself of an episode of a show called "Judging Amy" and Rosie had a guest spot as a substitute judge. For those of you who do not have a clue about the show I will try to explain briefly the premise.
Amy is a judge for a juvenile court in Connecticut that is living at home with Mom (Tyne Daley)raising a daughter recovering from a divorce.Mom also works in the DSS as a social worker for troubled homes etc. and at this point in time has taken in a child because she had failed to place him in a stable environment and felt it her duty because of her short-comings on this case.
The live in boy was about 16 and had encountered an attacker trying to get Amy's daughter and thwarted a close call in a department store. Then the attacker tried again, this time at the home of Amy's mother,Amy her daughter and the live-in boy.The boy was already one step ahead of the game and was on edge since the first attack and had prepared for something like this to happen and ultimately ended up killing the would be attacker in the front yard.He was arrested for the crime and tried in front of the juvenile court and for obvious reason Amy had to recuse herself from the case. And that is where Rosie O'Donnel's character comes in.
Long story short she has very head-strong demeanor and quirky in her tactics but effective.Amy does not know how to take her and is put off by her initially. But in the end she sees the reasons why she is the way she is and what makes her tick.
With that in mind I understand how Rosie is in her own quirky way and has the potential to make people listen and that is a very dangerous attribute to just swing around in a crowd.I just wish she would do more research before ripping out things she's heard or read .On the show (The View) she said "The twin towers were brought down by planes But WTC 7......".That right there shows she isn't doing enough homework. And it hurt to see it being done for reasons I think we all can agree on ....maybe.
Do I really KNOW for fact the abundance or lack of empathy she actually has? Absolutely not.And Iwas wrong for saying that.I don't know anything about her other than what I see and hear or read and that is not enough for me to make rash and hasty judgements.Nonetheless I still dont feel 100% sure about her. Either she is being meticulously used by her weaknesses or she is conciously agreeing to it.
