Russian Proton-M Crash and UFO/Missile

From the angle in the video, which makes this rocket look like it is flying horizontally rather than vertically, it could also a fireball that hit the rocket, if something hit that rocket.
 
Exactly a year after a crash, another Proton-M rocket crashes, also possibly lost in third stage.

Well, in this particular case, Roskosmos says that everything burnt in the atmosphere and as far as I know, it's also normally so. But sometimes small fragments can reach the Earth in cases of malfunction.

There were earlier reports by the military that some fragments of Proton could fall near Chita (Baikal), but they are unconfirmed so far.
