I just want to say thank you all for your thoughts. Cancer is really a hideous thing. I've known acquaintances who have had small cancerous tumors, but never had I seen what it does when in a later stage. when I talked to my Mom about it, we both thought that it was probably from the food, or at least that was a big factor. My mom has gotten her other dog on a raw meat diet; she's fourteen and before Sadie came around she would mostly lie up in my mom's room and not really bother doing much. I swear in just the few day that she had been eating the raw meat when I saw her, it was quite a difference.
Last time I talked to my Mom she told me she was on the high fat, high protein, low carb diet too.
