Salary Theorem

The Less You Know, The More You Make
"Salary Theorem" states that "Engineers and Scientists can never earn as much as Business Executives and Sales People."

This theorem can now be supported by a mathematical equation based on the following two postulates:

1. Knowledge is Power.
2. Time is Money.

As every engineer knows:
Power = Work / Time

Since:
Knowledge = Power
Time = Money

It follows that:
Knowledge = Work/Money.

Solving for Money, we get:
Money = Work / Knowledge.

Thus, as Knowledge approaches zero, Money approaches infinity, regardless of the amount of work done.

Conclusion:
The less you know,the more you make.

Did you come up with this yourself? Maybe we can work this into a kind of cartoon, cause it's pretty funny, and kinda true.

No. I can't take credit for it. My son thought it was funny and sent it my way. He is 12 yrs. old and wants to be a scientist.

Provided you do some (meaning >0) work and have some knowledge! :lol:

Otherwise, you have an undefined expression or no money... I think your 12 y.o. should know why. Hugs to the scientist-to-be! :flowers:

Ditto! Encourage your son massively! :D

Not sure according to that equation that he is going to do a lot of money. ;D
