when you time travel, can they monitor you? Kill you, block you? Are they “watching” to make sure that nobody time travels? Is there some sort of “time travel police,” as was suggested in a movie I once saw? Is this possible?

A: Can be monitored, but only to a limited extent.

The fourth density environment already has gigawatts of energy, so there is no need to generate that energy as in third density because it is already in the environment.

If I'm not mistaken, the C's said that Jupiter is of fourth density and...
