The following reminded me of some things from older sessions on 9/11 and the WTC attacks (I may be reaching here):
(Mari) What was the cause of the California fires?
A: DEWs [note: Directed Energy Weapons] in some cases. Arsonists in others.
Q: (Joe) So the arsonists were just LARPing arsonists - as in they weren't part of the plan?
(Niall) Or homeless crackheads.
A: Yes
Q: (L) But it also adds a confusion factor. I mean, everything they deal with, they always throw in so many things to confuse.

A: "Well connected" people are not as high on the food chain as they think.

Q: (Joe) So was the purpose of starting the fire with DEWs... Were there at least two factors, one being the real estate...
A: Practice and retribution in a few cases. But mostly a terrifying demonstration.
Q: (L) So it was done to let people know that nobody is exempt? I mean, that even being a libtard doesn't exempt you?
(Joe) Well, it's a terrifying demonstration to obviously people who know that it was directed energy weapons, lasers, whatever. They'd be few and far between. So it's almost like some kind of insider fighting, let's say in a certain sense where one side is demonstrating to another side that...
(L) Is there insider fighting in any of these?
A: Small extent. "If L.A. can burn, no place is safe."
Q: (Niall) So who said that? Biden? No.
(L) Did somebody say that?
(Niall) Somebody must have, they're quoting. We can look it up.
(L) I don't know if they have to be quoting a specific person. They can be putting a quote around it just to say that...

(Andromeda) Doesn't matter who you are, how much money you have; anybody can be a target.
(Joe) Well, they said it's a terrifying demonstration of power. So if it's a message to someone using that kind of space laser technology, then who is the message to? Because most people don't accept that.
A: You miss the point.
Q: (Andromeda) Maybe what they mean is not so much a demonstration of somebody's power, but a demonstration of somebody else's lack of ability to do anything about it, whether it's natural or wherever the source comes from.
(Joe) Yeah. Well, that's what I was thinking. I mean, it's just to terrorize the population and sow a sense of insecurity, and...
(Andromeda) Yeah, vulnerability.
(Joe) "The world is burning" type of thing.
(L) It increases just a lot of things just by, I mean, everybody felt kind of horrified by it.
(Andromeda) That something like that could happen and nobody could do anything about it.
(L) Well, and also it exposed - whether this was intentional or not - it exposed the shortcomings of the local government and the state government even, and exposed insurance companies. Those were side effects, but...
(T.C.) Who pulled the trigger? Who's the one who is firing the weapons?
A: CIA.

Q: (A) I want to ask about the collapse of the World Trade Center. There is evidence of seismicity and unusual pulses that seem to have simply disintegrated matter.
A: Very good observation, but that does not mean human sabotage either. There were certainly "pulses." They were of a "natural" source that was "sculpted" or "shaped" and directed.
Q: What do you mean by a 'natural source?'
A: Energies of the planet artificially collected and disbursed. An artificial earthquake sort of.
Q: But we are still talking about technology. Where is the operational center for this type of thing?
A: 4th density technology.
Q: This we know. But there are human brains involved. What brains are behind this?
A: Did you ever wonder why the pentagon is a pentagon? Hint!
Q: Is that why they specifically included the Pentagon as one of the buildings to be hit in the 9-11 attack; to allay suspicions?
A: Yup!
Q: Are there 4th density sections to the Pentagon?
A: Absolutely. It is a "deep cover" kind of place.
Q: (A) There is this Pentagon, then there is another superpower - Russia - and still another - China...
A: There is only one. The U.S. just happens to be the center.
I can't say if they are the same type of pulses as on 9/11, but there was this reported:

A magnitude 2.8 was detected 180 miles north of
Los Angeles, where fires are blazing, at 3:32am PT, which hit three hours after another 2.8 in San Jose.
The latest earthquake registered a 2.8 magnitude and occurred approximately 15 miles southeast of Avenal at 3:32 a.m.
The US Geological Survey also reported a third 2.8 magnitude San Bernardino County on Thursday and a 3.0 magnitude hit Salton City Wednesday.
The four quakes occurred along the San Andreas fault - the volatile boundary between two tectonic plates: the Pacific plate and the North American plate. It runs 800 miles along the coast of California.

A: The nanotech you read about is going in the right direction.
Are they the same tech? Is it not so much "space lasers" but a "collection and dispersal" of "natural energies" that have a seismic signature and can cause metal to burst into flames/dissolve? It would still technically be a DEW, just not space based.
One thing that I couldn't find in the sessions was (and perhaps I'm misremembering) the "cost" of using such tech was apparently high.
(Joe) It is very similar to the UFO lore about abductions and impregnating... the Cs have talked in previous sessions about creating a new race, and all that kind of stuff. But is the fact that they're autistic a function of the genetic modification, or is their autism a function of something else?

Q: (Gaby) So do these children have a soul or not?
(L) We already covered that. They said if they're ensouled, it can modify the modifications. But if they are OPs, the modifications hold.
(Joe) Did we ever ask what the general cause of autism in kids is?
(L) What is the general cause of autism?
A: Vaccines.
I watched this podcast last week between Bret Weinstein and Dr Toby Rogers, on the Dr's university thesis - where he attempted to analyse the data on what caused autism. His conclusion was the bulk of the causes of autism where vaccines.
Other things of note (excluding the 4D angle for now) was the absolute tidal wave of cost that was creeping up with the explosion in the number of cases of autism. The burden for caring for people with autism currently falls mostly on parents, but they are aging out. When that happens the US for example will be left to (theoretically at least) pick up the bill for lifelong sheltered housing.
Given the "walk in" angle, I wonder if we can't deduce a rough timeline for some of this based on the age of the population, as well as a very rough potential scale based on assuming that 50% of people are souled.

An estimated 5,437,988 (2.21%) adults in the United States have autism spectrum disorder (ASD), according to findings from 2017."
With a higher prevalence in men - "In the U.S.,
about 4 in 100 boys and 1 in 100 girls have autism".
So half (assuming an equal 50/50 split of souled/non-souled individuals) of 2.21% (although I assume it's higher given the number is from 2017) is 1.1% (roughly). It's interesting then that up to 1.1% could become 4D STS walk ins.
I'm reminded of the last ice-age when psychopaths appeared, given the % and that it is more prevalent in boys/men. Did something similar happen then?
So we have to find another way.
