Hi,

Tigersoap mentionned this movie in a post, and I think it deserves its own thread ! It's actually one of the few movies that features a realistic psychopath.

As a result, he decides his mission is to make life hell for everyone around him. A majority of the tenants are easy to agitate, but Clara (Marta Etura) proves to be harder than the most. The movie itself is pretty good, quite creepy, and as I wrote above, the depiction of the main character is worth mentioning.

Under my humble point of vue, this is an horror movie more than a study about psychopathy. The director,Jaume Balagueró is maybe the best specialist about horror in cinema. He is very known by his famous movie REC, a zombie story and very gore. All his movies produce terror in the mind of the viewer. One terrific movie by him is "To rent", a story about a couple who is looking an apartment to rent. He is a good director in this genre but all his movies are disturbing and very, extremely manipulative. You are, as a spectator, like in a prison, the mad prison of the director, of the story, of the characters in the movie and unable to free and exit.

It is a genre, very popular but very, very disturbing. Some of his movies are about spirits, possessions...
