some web advice

the new site is great, it looks very professional. I was wondering how you get the site to fill the page no matter how big the page is. For example the left menu is always at the left edge and the SotT bar at the top shrinks or expands to always fit the size of the window. How's that done? And can it be done on something as simple as frontpage?

Once again great website. Seeing the work put into the new site, it must of taking a lot of time and patience.
