In Croatia, the free man's movement has only 17 followers, but the world is not a novelty. In Canada, for example, there are 30,000 live people in the United States and more, and it is speculated about as many as 200,000 in Italy.
With the development of the Internet, such ideas have come to a fertile ground, so today it is easy to find instructions to exclude from society and video that encourage them.

Free man's movement is not new in the world - in Canada there are 30,000 such people in the United States and more, and it is speculated about as many as 200,000 people in Italy.
The version of the movement has also come to Croatia, and Dražen is a pioneer, one of the first living people. He developed his idea in Stobreč where we talked with him.
"What does a living man mean? In a sense in which we capture the ideas of a living man, we actually say that we are out of the institutional because the institution as such does not recognize the issue of a living man, "Dražen said.
"We are essentially all living people. It's about this kind of game that we accept and what roles we take in life to live with and communicate with each other, "Vedran said.
The premise is the following: The state and its institutions are companies that deal with people, and not live people.
"The system is organized as a business and we all come to this world with our birth and then the birthplace of the state creates a company through which it can deal with living people," Vedran said.
The state, explains living people, has a DUNS number that can be assigned only to companies and therefore people with it have nothing but a business relationship. The state, in essence, does not really exist.
"When you say the state does not exist, what do you mean by that? So I mean exactly that. Di, like el? Di is a state? When we look at the nature around here, no one knows what country we are in. Tribal would have some sign, some signposts to be able to orientate. What it really means is the state of conceptual nature and that it is ideologically religious, that is to say that it would exist as such, we must believe its existence, "Drazen said.
Once, as they say, to a fictitious entity, they declare that no person exists - no rules of the state apply to them. Live people do not want to go to doctors, in schools, work in the system. The state, they say, has no authority over them except in the things they have agreed to. So Drazen will not go to a doctor, but for example, in a cafe, order tea and pay the tax.
"You actually say," I am a living man, and since there is no word in the law of the Republic of Croatia, this means that these laws do not apply to me or can not be addressed, "said Drazen Kasalo.
"Any segment of life that you are looking at from that perspective, in essence, is what excites you, now you can re-design how you will achieve some beautiful things," said Vedran Miočić-Stošić.
Dražen became a living man among the first in Croatia - four years ago when he sent the institutions a statement about the absence of a person.
"You can work on an adhesive contract where you say if you get in touch with me these business rules apply to me. And so we made it in 2014, my colleague and bachelor and I published a non-existent person. And I handed it to 24 addresses. The Government of the Republic of Croatia, the Parliament, the Tax Administration, etc. because they are all labeled as trading companies, "Dražen said.
He gave the institutions a 30-day deadline for this to be disclosed, and how they did not - he claims Dražen - he left the system.
"Institutional people are those who have joined the matrix, in the matrix. The only question is whether I can choose whether I want to be inside it or not want to be inside it. If I do not have any choice, then do I live in a democratic world or live in a slavery world, "Dražen said.
Signs, symbols and rules of the slavery system are everywhere around us. So even the language in his service - says Dražen.
"I have a little talk with you, a bit with you, even though we agreed to be with you. Why is that so? Because you're right, you're addressing a living person with you. I want you to experience me as a living interlocutor who is essentially the same, I and you, the two souls that talk to each other, "Dražen said.
Dražen has talked to many people in these 4 years - he is actively working on all the blog, has written two books and through his association Man has established an Arbitration Court of Justice responsible for violating the rights of the living people. The court is here, Drazen says - to prevent the repression of state people over living people.
"According to the law of the Republic of Croatia, any legal person may base the Arbitration Court. The agreement can be concluded tacitly. A contract is too ambiguous in which someone does not respond in a certain period to your trading offer, "Dražen said.
So far they have had 10 cases where Dražen was an arbitrator. Mostly, there are cases against policemen over living people. The court says it is much faster than state, but ...
We have not been able to implement any of the jurisprudence of the Arbitration Court so far. Because simply state institutions ignore it. They should not work because it is illegal, it is not in accordance with the law, "Dražen said.
Living is Zadran's Vedran. It's been a year and a half. He published a lot of thought until he made the final decision.
"It was a special occasion when I was asked to register for a car. And now, knowing the fullness of everything, what's going on in that way, just what's being said, squeezed into your abdomen and you start shaking and finally I made the decision that I just will not do this anymore, that I will not fit into that segment, "Vedran said.
He sent a statement about the absence of a person, checked out the car, returned the state registrations, and made his own.
"Was this car the first act of freedom? Yes, that's right. This is no longer a vehicle. This has always been a car, but in the moment it is registered then it becomes a vehicle and then it is known what the vehicle, according to the law how to use it, who can use it and in what way. And so I decide for you, "said Vedran.
Vedran drove his car for several months while the police did not stop after an improper turnaround. That's why he was sentenced - and then justice, at the Dražen Arbitration Court.
"If someone breaks the terms of that disclosure, he automatically enters the contractual relationship with the adhesive character with me, meaning he agrees to compensate for the damage he has made," said Vedran Miočić-Stošić.
There is a violation of the law on the non-existence of a person. So let's say that the contact of government officials of the state or any other person charges 400 kn, and the property 200 kn per touch. According to this account, Vedran says, Zadar police officers have damaged Vedrana for 900 thousand.
"I am again then in good faith not to sue him for the entire amount because I would have led the man and his family into a financial situation that would be ungrateful," Vedran said.
Claims decreased to HRK 90,000, and the Arbitration Court ruled that the cops should pay him 19,000.
"The only question now is whether these people will pay me what they are now obliged to make. If they do not do so by law, that award has the force of enforceability and then I have the right to monetize this amount, "Vedran said.
Now that they live as free people - their everyday life has not changed too much.
"In practical terms this is now some, let's call it a transitory period in which it is not to jump abruptly from one to another aggregate state. The idea is to realize that we are not personal cards and that we are not the things we identify with, "said Drazen Kasalo.
And Dražen and Vedran have personal health cards, they pay taxes. At present, life is not much different than before. Their newly-acquired rights are best practiced in the car. It does not bind, and it drives it daily despite the fact that it is unregistered.
"This is how you ride, what you are saying is driving, you are on the road, but it did not happen now that if you went by a police car so that you know you can turn on the truck and stop me. You think they're letting you go to peace? Well obviously, "Vedran said.
All this is based - agree Dražen and Vedran - for a future, better society.
"If people were to turn their minds on these things, if that consciousness had grown up among people, then people would start constructively to behave. And in that sense, anarchy was not only possible but even some of the most desirable form of organization, "Vedran said.
"Do you really believe that in the future there will be another society in which we will be living people? Not only do I believe but I'm sure. And it will not even be in the future, but very fast, "Dražen said.
The truth is, Dražen says, addictive. And once more people are devoted to this lifestyle - great changes are taking place.
"The company that in the future we intend to set up in the future will surely stand at one point in the earth and say: It is ours, that belongs to us. Does that mean that you will have your own country? Organization some to. Do you have any idea where it will be? Not. Absolutely nothing. Will it come yet? But if legal experts are asked - this will probably never come. Because, as they say - none of this has any legal basis or arbitration.

But, says Miljenko Giunio - this is not clear even to some bigger players.

A goal that many did not reach if anyone was. But two of the living people will certainly not stop.
