Yesterday I noticed the first installment carrying this title and found it a welcome summary of the most current topics, somewhat like 'trending' in the social media world -- but thought it was a one-off.

Today I encountered the second one, so apparently it's meant to become a recurring item. Thank you for that.

I really want to commend everyone involved because I think it's a tremendous service for those readers who want a quick overview of what's happening right now but lack the resources to sort it all out themselves.

You guys and galls truly rock !

Just bumping this and agreeing wholeheartedly with the above. The point of these Snapshots is so people with little time can get a brief overview of the major recent/daily events that Sott Senior Editors have decided should be highlighted.

These are a nice idea especially on days when there isn't the time or energy left for much reading. Some days I just skim the headlines for an overview but this is much better, thanks.

Giving my high five and two thumbs up. This format is freeing up time to peruse articles in topics I might otherwise have time to. More time to expand knowledge and interests while still staying current on Breaking News and the political scene. I was always pleasantly surprised when articles brought up on Behind the Headlines or the Truth Perspective were familiar because they had caught my attention. Now I will be sure that I have viewed them when topics are discussed on the show. Win-win!!!!!
