I thought it would be interesting to gain some insight into the advice and experiences of those involved in spiritual progression in a cult. I will post some copy paste experiences from a forum. Probably best not to name the cult as it serves no purpose.
I'm not the smartest person and dreams are full of misinformation but I found it interesting that he was surrounded by zombies (possibly cult members) and that he saw the TV in the reflection of a mirror (maybe a way of telling him that his reality is distorted).

Just wanted to share an experience I had last night. I’ve had this happen about 4 times now, and it’s always when I’m in an in between sleep and awake state. So last night I kind of woke up in the middle of the night and felt a heaviness on my chest, like it was hard to breathe. My whole body was vibrating and I’ve had this happen before during a few OBE. So with this one, again the tones were blaring loud and sound somewhat different than when I am doing a normal tones meditation. Like strong and loud and slightly different pitch. But it’s like I can feel it through my whole body. I tried to hold onto it, and kind of drifted into dream states where one was riding in a car and then there were zombies, then another was like I was looking at a large tv screen in my room, but what I was looking at was the mirror. I kind of lost the vibration of my body, I think because I was over thinking it, but I could still hold the tones which were like I said really loud. So this is I think the 4th instance of the tones and a whole body vibration that I’ve had….really interesting. If anyone has any thoughts or similar experiences would love to hear it.

On losing the experience… and I may be misreading what you are meaning by “hold onto it,” but you may be trying too hard. Trying to “make” something happen in that place works differently than we are normally used to – even if that something is just extending the experience. It’s like those Chinese finger traps – you’re never going to get the expected outcome by thinking about it normally. You have to think differently, and until you know the “tricks,” you’re going to frustrate yourself by getting the exact opposite of what you want. Next time, just surrender yourself to the experience, rather than trying to force an outcome.

I find it a little bizarre that I have not posted this before yet it has been something pretty intense for me and I am actually not so sure what to make of it and hence part of the reason I am posting. I guess in a way to get it all out of my head and onto a written format.
Basically for a few years now (from what I can remember) I have been having intense dreams with Alien Grey’s.
The dreams are really intense and almost always very vivid yet i cant remember much when I wake up. The dreams are almost always between 1am and about 3am and I dont use the word intense lightly. Allow me to explain.
Usually I dont ever have a direct experience where I will be in front of, next to or with an Alien grey from what I can remember however I get images of them and their frequency just strikes me as being alien grey to the extent where I believe I have a lock on their frequency now.
What they usually do or try to do from what I can remember and understand is that they basically somehow put me in a kind of paralysis or at least try to while they scan me. I say they put me into a kind of paralysis or try to because I used to get sleep paralysis quite frequently (not so much anymore) and it feels kind of the same.
They dont always achieve the paralysis especially since when I learned high guard I believe and I think or at least feel that they have kind of figured out that I am “willing to play” in a sense so long as I am conscious and they dont put me into paralysis, however ever since this has happened I find they take a lot more caution.
What I mean by that is that in my dream i’ll kind of know they are there, i’ll look up and see their lights but they wont interact apart from on a psychic level.
I remember from some dreams that both of us have initiated the contact before. I remember in the beginning It would kind of just happen to me in the dream and I really had no understanding of what was happening, what i could do, how to interact etc. Now from so many of these experiences it is different.
But recently maybe in the last year or two I had initiated the contact in my vivid dream by going out side usually, looking up into the sky and basically having the feels like of searching for them and kind of calling on their frequency, usually within a little while I will see lights or their ship and always with caution.
What I feel from them is that for some reason they definetely want to interact but it’s almost as if they kind of do not want me consciously aware of it, almost like they prefer if I dont remember any of it when I awaken hence I believe the most they have taken from the scans of me Ihave virtually not remember anything from those experiences except that I would fight it, I would go under and then it would happen and I would wake up rememeber nothing or almost nothing.
For those newer members if you do not yet know (censored) thoughts and feelings on alien greys just bare with me but essentially I believe that personally (censored) has the best theory on what Alien greys are or could be and that is that they are a type of A.I. and most probably created by the human race in the future and hence they time travel.
To me this would make complete sense as to people abduction claims and other experiences you hear of, I believe they do not want themselves known until they have been created or birthed into reality so as not to compromise their own life…
It would make sense why they would not want to communicate in an open format and also why they are interested in certain people. I believe they are interested in all white cells.
That is about as much as I can remember right here and now.
I decided now after sending a PM to ERO about another matter to type this all up seeing as I had another dream like this the other night.
Can I just also say that I believe they do not feel to me as malevolent. I could be wrong, but I just dont feel it. I think from the scans I have done on them in my dreams that I feel them to just not want to communicate on our terms and instead on theirs only, I feel as though they have very strong reasons for this and hence their kind of “our way or the highway” nature. I believe people confuse this for something else more sinister.
Anyway, that is all I wanted to share if anyone has had similar experiences please share.

Try poking the grey in the heart area with your finger with loving intent. When you do it, stay very present and be prepared to move aside quickly :)

I’m not really interest now to meet aliens or greys or whatever but I had a dream with aliens.
Yesterday night I had a dream where me and (censored) were in the airport and we were men in black. We took the airplane directed to America.
Inside the airplane there were three statue of monkeys, one monkey was male , one monkey was female and there was a big monkey in the middle of them. (I didn’t understand why monkeys and not another animal)
And I want to ask you Why in some buddist/ krishna pictures there is this enlightened monkey?
However when we arrived to one of American airport.I started to use my feels like and I felt many aliens in human form. I approached one and I say to it “ Hi Alien , welcome to the earth” It looked me very bad and it went away immediately. The other aliens were more friendly with me.
After some minutes one of the men in black that took the same airplane with me asked to participate to a conference in a secret room inside the airport. In this room there was this table , but there was a little high so we need to put many pillows on our chairs. I asked why it was so high and one of the men in black that was a woman answered to me that these tables are designed also for aliens and many aliens were very high respect a human. Lol. So expand your thinking “men aren’t in the center of the Universe”.
We started the conversation and one of the men in black taught me their ways to communicate with aliens. He said”
When you are in front of an alien the first thing you do , you should tune in its frequency and understand how the alien thinks , you should really enter in its life bubble for a minute. You should approach its thinking and its life and how it deals with life. Doing that , in a sense you are creating better understanding of it because you are mimic it. And when you move yourself in its bubble. You start to create around you and the alien a strong telepathic bond , you and the alien now are on the same telepathic wave , in the same telepathic bubble perfectly connected. So after you did that you start to communicate and you understand it better because you are similar In a sense.
This man in black taught these things to me but I think he was my middle pillar.
After that there was another men in black that asked me to visit a place very frequented by aliens that was a disco in New York… I don’t remember very well where it was.
When I went out to the airport I saw the amazing thing. In the starry sky there were an army of alien spaceships , many , many spaceships with different forms. And I felt this big feels like that said “ Welcome Earth to the new age”. Finally the time is came to show us to the Earth”.

Before meeting Higher Balance I remembered me and (censored) were very obsessed by greys , area 51 , Massoneria , abduction etc and we wanted to know more about them , we wanted the truth. And this is what the thing that helped us to find (censored) and (censored). One of the first thing we asked to (censored) was the truth about greys but he didn’t know us very well so he refused to teach us such knowledge covered in (censored) to newbies.
However I continued to be very interested about greys and I continued to do my researches. (censored) taught us telepathy , assimilation and with these instruments my sixth sense strengthen and I was able to try a telepathic connection with these greys. I was so interested about them and so curious that I strength a lot their telepathic tune with me even if I didn’t know about this telepathic tune that I was creating.
I tell you one of my first experiences with (censored) , one night I thought a lot about greys really a lot and in the middle of the night I suddenly awoke and I was in this half sleep state and I saw a little Ufo that passed throught the windows and it came in my bedroom. I immediately opened my eyes , I was completely paralyzed and in an angle of my room I saw these three greys that were in an projected blue energy form. They were looking at me , as they were waiting something from me. I was completely in panic and sent to them “go away! , don’t hurt me “. And they disappeared.
I know because they came to me , because I called them with my phone and they answered to the ringing but when they pick up the phone and they were waiting something they expected fro me “An Hello! Or Hey do you want talk with me a bit? Lol. Instead I acted very bad , I immediately downed the phone and I yelled “go away!” And I thing they thought “look at this little stupid that call us and in the end he shut out us”. I learnt by this experience that is rude to do prank phone calls Lol.
Some part of me was frightened and there was the other part that was really excited.

All my encounters with Greys have been in altered state and have left me quite cold. I sense a ‘coldness’ from them, actually it’s like a total absense of emotion. They are always very still, I’m not sure I’ve ever seen them move except when I poked one in the chest and it reacted in quite a startling way.
I also spent several months obsessed with the idea they would visit me in the night, coming in through the walls of my mountain chalet where I lived alone at the time. 3am to 4am was always the most intense hour. After 4am, it began to feel ‘safe’ but I didn’t sleep during darkness hours for about 3 months. Wow, talk about paralysis by fear.
My friend (censored) talks about sitting on her porch and chatting telepathically and smoking a cigarette with a little grey a few months ago. She said the grey was quite puzzled at how scared we are of them. I like (censored), she is a wise old bird and speaks only from personal experience, no guessing and no BS ;)
Not saying I believe everything or anything someone tells me, just sharing info from someone who claims to have been interdimensionally journeying pretty much daily for 70+ years :)
