I have had inflammatory problems since childhood but bearable. Often related to damp weather. For the past few years I have had worsening inflammatory pain primarily in shoulders, back and neck region and occasionally hip or ankle. I am unvaccinated. I feel very stiff in the mornings and need to take ibuprofen for pain relief. I wonder if I have spike proteins which this problem could be attributable to. I had blood tests but all were normal. As I worked in a care home during the time of covid I had to use the swabs for testing and I was in close contact with family who had been recently vaccinated. I do have ivermectin but haven't taken any recently. I think I remember reading that Laura had good results from a week long only meat diet. Perhaps I should try that and see if it relieves the pain.

You could look at Sally Norton s low oxalate diet.

A: They are trying to make a rhinovirus lethal and with Ebola-like features for shock value.

Thank you. Looks interesting. I checked the list of high oxalate foods and I don't eat too many of those with the strong exception of potatoes which I do enjoy. Oxalate poisoning seems to have such a massive effect on so many areas of the body.

When a Berlin child care worker recently told me that for some time there were dwindling numbers of applicants for free spaces I didn't quite know what to make of it.

As she is working in an inner city migrant quarter you wouldn't think there could be a shortage of children.

Searching local news reports of recent years the following scenario appeared.

Berlin has a decline in birthrates since 2022.

In 2023 kindergartens at 42 locations had to be closed another 30 in 2024, and 25 additional sites in 2025 so 2,400 child care workers became redundant.

In 2021 there were waiting lists and institutions were working feverishly so that no child had to be turned back.

That was the year when mass vaccinations started.
