Hard to say if that is a strange creature or some else getting caught by the lens. It is blurry and could also be something else like an insect or bird much closer to the camera thus appearing larger. The more I look at it, the more it appears to be something on the windscreen, but perhaps I am looking at something else than what you refer to.

Whatever it is, I would say it is definitely in the cave and not outside it. Could it be a large cat (not a moggy)? It looks like it has a huge paw with white on it and white on its face.

reduce the speed to .25 and watch, it is not something on the window. looks slightly bigger even when the camera is nearer.

It seems to be quite a large beast judging by a comparison to the bush immediately below the cave entrance. Fwiw, brown bears are extant in this part of Turkey.

Yes, I see what you mean when playing at that speed. It looks kind of ghost like with a transparent body outline. After it emerges, it makes a turn downwards which doesn't fit the idea that it is a splotch on the windscreen.
