Strange noises and sensations in my head.

I'm not sure to be frank, this just seemed like something I should share with the forum. I have many exoteric things I need to address before delving into the esoteric, osit. If anything, undertaking the Work at the time that I did had some terrible results on me. Thats not to say I can't watch my diet though.

Also, to be honest, I don't feel comfortable with my Swamp thread being made public. It deals with some very personal issues.

Yet you did not answer Mrs. Peel's question.

Would having the right receivership make picking up this EM stuff a positive thing?

Of course, but to get the right 'receivership', one has to actually put in the effort. You have a tendency to complain about all the things that are wrong with your life and then make no sincere effort to change anything - not even a fundamental thing like diet. You expect roast turkey to fly into your mouth, as they say. Progress takes effort and if you don't want to put in the effort then there is nothing to be done for you at all.

For a good few months I've been experiencing these really weird feelings and noises in my head. The best way I can describe it is a combination between popping, cracking and grinding, and they are always accompanied by a sensation. The sensation is almost like something moving about or shifting, but sometimes it is like there is something popping as well. It isn't a good feeling, and is pretty uncomfortable, and is nothing like EMF, at least not that I've experienced.

I don't know if this is helpful to you, but I experience similar feelings and sounds. For me though, it is definitely something physical going on with the bones and tissues realigning themselves and whatnot. It always happens when I am moving, like stretching my neck or the muscles in my head. I have felt "glass" breaking in the tissue surrounding my skull as well before, which I think is connective tissue that has been atrophied or crystallized or something finally breaking free. Recently I felt a glass web-like structure at the back of my head that broke as I was vigorously stretching my head. A week before that, I was stretching the muscles at the back of my neck right above the atlas vertebrae, and there were some very "crunchy" sounds and sensations. I could really feel the bundles of muscles breaking free during that one, which was great.

I just thought I would mention it, in case it is a physical thing that you might be overlooking. In my case though, while it is not always pleasant going through these sensations, afterwards I always feel more relieved, and that a small amount of tension has been released.

Hi ignis

What you described is very usual, especially when someone does not exercise and do the stretching on daily basis. Plus, meaty and fatty diet helps, some people also take natural gelatin (beef for example) for connective tissue. It is not so advisable to "vigorously stretch your head" if you don't know exactly how to do it. There are number of books that can help you. Here is the one with the great illustrations:

Also, there are good videos on the youtube.

Yeah, I'm back. I'll start with diet and frequent EE.

It's always better to tell us after you've already done it, instead of saying what you "will do" - because those are only words and only actions actually count.

Hope you've dropped the beer. Just noticed this article on FB naming some of the nasty, unlisted ingredients. Apparently, this is just what some companies admitted to:
_http://foodbabe.com/2013/07/17/the-shocking-ingredients-in-beer/

Monosodium Glutamate (MSG) – alcohol is already addictive with some people, but with MSG?! Holy smokes.
Propylene Glycol (anti-freeze)
Calcium Disodium EDTA (made from formaldehyde, sodium cayanide, and Ethylenediamine)
Many different types of sulfites and anti-microbial preservatives (linked to allergies and asthma)
Natural Flavors (can come from anything natural including a beavers anal gland)
High Fructose Corn Syrup
GMO Sugars – Dextrose, Corn Syrup
Caramel Coloring (Class III or IV made from ammonia and classified as a carcinogen)
FD&C Blue 1 (Made from petroleum, linked to allergies, asthma and hyperactivity)
FD&C Red 40 (Made from petroleum, linked to allergies, asthma and hyperactivity)
FD&C Yellow 5 (Made from petroleum, linked to allergies, asthma and hyperactivity)
Foam Control: Used for head retention; (glyceryl monostearate and pepsin are both potentially derived from animals)
BPA (Bisphenol A is a component in many can liners and it may leach into the beer. BPA can mimic the female hormone estrogen and may affect sperm count, and other organ functions.)
Carrageenan (linked to inflammation in digestive system, IBS and considered a carcinogen in some circumstances)
