SSAF.org said:Mission Statement
"The Strategic Social Architecture Foundation is an organization that provides a mechanism for people to realize the vision of an intentional egalitarian society where the development and support of citizens with high moral, ethical, and social standards is the sole mission of the social order.
The mission of the SSAF foundation is to provide a mechanism and methodology for individuals who share a similar worldview to collaborate on the SSAF principles, organize themselves into active, effective work groups, and implement real world solutions that address both the short term considerations from a personal perspective as well as the medium and long term considerations from a social perspective.
Strategic Social Architecture is an approach for creating a social order based on the development and support of people with specific characteristics defined by the participants not installed by preexisting social programming systems.”
The fundamental characteristics of the citizens of an SSA based society are effective self awareness, social responsibility, and resistance to psychological manipulation.
This conceptual solution is not drawn from nor does it correlate with any previous social architecture due to its focus on the characteristics of the individuals as the essential component and driver for creation and maintenance of the social order. Strategic Social Architecture is a social approach, not a social system.
The main principle of Strategic Social Architecture is that the sole mission of the social order is the creation and training of individuals who CAN run their own social order and who have characteristics which will not allow them to turn into or allow themselves to be dominated by psychopathic oligarchs. This is diametrically opposed to the mission of the current social systems which have as their goals the creation and training of individuals who do NOT run their own social systems, but leave such matters to the oligarchs/plutocrats, while unknowingly working their lives away to support the oligarchic system of control.
The people, each individual, are the bricks of the society. The sum of all their characteristics is the nature of the resulting social order.
It is the people involved who will finalize, complete, and implement a society based on the Strategic Social Architecture approach.
This approach is in keeping with the new paradigm where the citizenry actually has full understanding, responsibility, and control of the society in which they live.

All in all, thought it was a good summary on psychopaths. :) The PDF is a 22 page presentation written by a Kevin M. Washington.

Draft section. Content under review
My name is Kevin M. Washington.
I developed the Strategic Social Architecture as a personal response to the destructive and oppressive social situations that exist and have existed throughout the world.
How SSA was developed.
My formal education and work experience has been Computer Science and Engineering Technology. Primarily hardware and software systems design, management, and administration.
For the past several years I have been working as an Enterprise Architect for a fortune 100 company.
Logical analysis, critical thinking, systems analysis, solution design, requirements identification,
troubleshooting, and root cause analysis are among the fundamental skills I learned both through my
education and through many years of experience working in the technology field.
However, the most important skill I have developed is the ability to communicate complex systems concepts and ideas to
multiple audiences in a manner which each audience can understand and use. All of these skills have been brought to bear in creating the Strategic Social Architecture framework.
At the end of the day the success or failure of every enterprise is determined by the people in that
enterprise. For the people to be successful, they need clear vision and understanding of the processes
and technology which they are using.
An essential lesson that I have learned is that no one individual has the ability to address highly complex
problems. This is why teams of people, for large problems global teams, are needed.
This lesson I applied to SSA by coming up with a framework and an approach which a population could use to
establish and maintain their own social order. The “team” in this case is the entire population of the
society.
This approach supports the democratic and self deterministic goals of SSA.
Time frame:
Strategic Social Architecture framework was created over several years from 2003-2008.

enable me to gain the trust of the Business area. By translating business to IT and IT to business I
can effect a collaboration which focuses on business goals where IT partners with the business to

the IT stack from Presentation/UI to Application/Systems/Services to backend database
technologies. Contribute to the design, management and oversight of multiple development or
integration efforts involving, multiple technologies to implement requirements based solution in
the context of an overall business and Information Technology Strategy. Critical to success in
this position has been the ability to bridge from the conceptual and architectural to the
actionable.
Function in a lead role articulating and helping manage the enterprise architecture implications
of implementing and integrating major replacement business applications into a portfolio of
solutions undergoing significant change. This requires comprehending, structuring, defining,
scoping, designing and documenting architecture artifacts and integrating them into an overall
Enterprise Architecture as well as assessing elements from third party solutions for
incorporation into the overall approach.
Provide broad expertise with Enterprise Architecture in general and in-depth expertise with
Integration Technology and with the development to specific reference architectures and

Based on the above bio, perhaps there is more than one Kevin M. Washington in Granville, MA? It seems odd that there is more than one Kevin M and Carol M Washington, since the population of Granville at the 2010 census was only 1,566.
The only thing that might hint at law enforcement, is his training as an EMT (emergency medical tech).
