Sufi Music

Thank you, Biomiast, for translating what Tiversonus wrote up to this point. It was me who needed to do this translation as a very close related Turkish friend of him, but there were some problems. I am gonna help him in translation after this point, if he wants to post something to the forum. I thank you very much.

No problem bozadi. I would also appreciate if you went over what I have translated so far, and correct if I made any mistakes. I am glad that you have decided to join us. :)

Does anyone know what is the name of the composition that is titled "dans" ?

It's from the soundtrack of the movie The Last of the Mohicans and modified from the song The Gael written by Dougie MacLean.

This is one of the best collections of Sufi music I've seen on the web to date.

All free.

How this could be described as "superficial" I do not understand.
Critics like teachers are usually those of us who can't perform or play or write so they set themselves up as experts thereby projecting their jealousy onto others. Such a bitter way to live.
Good work, keep it going, you have that special quality and no amount of criticism can take that from you.
Cheers.

I made a mistake. I wasn't aware that tiversonus created this song on his computer. If I were, I would never have said a thing like that, I would never want to discourage anyone. I thought he just posted a link he found.
And I am not one of those you speak of. I'm a musician who's active and I don't feel the need to project my 'jealousy' onto anyone. I don't think you should rush to conclusions based on assumptions, because they probably won't be accurate.
All the best
