Yes, thank you to "name" too. Gephi rocks! While I'm pretty well versed in data mining...not so much at data presentation. This program is so simple it's a dream :)

While reading I've stumbled on that Futurella plc with roots in Italy. We may add it to the list. Motley Fool's Forum was already addressed before, but can't find this link in the archive:

Subject: Does the FSA cover this deal?

I have been approached by Ascension Securities to invest in Futurella water.

Ascension is a UK broker authorised by the FSA. Futurella is an Italian company with a Plc registered in Jersey.


So I am reasonably confident it is genuine investment (with the usual risks attached) and am not worried about some boiler room scam.

But there is a concern others might advise me over. The cheque is to be made payable to Woodside Corporate Services. The address is in Fenchurch Street but there is no reference to this company on the FSA register. It is part of the Plus Group at 21 Mansell St E1 8AA which is "No longer Authorised" by the FSA. There is no Disciplinary History.

So, by making a cheque out to a non-authorised company what happens if anything goes wrong? Can the agent duck out of carrying the can?

Are there any other considerations about the companies others might know about? Searching Fool doesn't reveal much about them. --discussion continues--

According to public domain information at Companies House, www.companieshouse.gov.uk, appointments were terminated on 15th and 29th August 2012 of five directors of Steriwave Plc.: Rodrigues, Dunning-Davies, Goodrich, Selleri and Denantes. However, the www.steriwave.com websites still lists them as directors. There was a company announcement on 1st September to the effect that it will concentrate all its activities on microwave technology due to "changes sweeping the world". It seems that there are only three directors left: Francesco and William Fucilla and Anthony Baron, a "strategic advisor". It has not floated and its statement of capital at Companies House on 7th August 2012 was 159,420 pounds. It initially raised about 1.8 million pounds in 2005 in a pre initial public offer that never became a public offer, and has never traded. It has links (attached) with Mansion House Securities and Ascension Securities, brokerages which were investigated and shut down in 2009 by the British Government. Whether the company still exists or not in any viable form is an open question. On one previous occasion the entire board resigned and re appointed itself.

So he kept Baron close to him, an economist and not a scientist, the one who tried to buy the Pescara Football Team in Italy. A 'strategic advisor' has nothing to loose but his own time usually.

Today we got spammed by Fucilla et al. 18 copies of an email with the following bizarre, schizoid, unintelligible content. All emails had the same or similar attachments (mostly pdfs of FF's correspondence with Myron Evans, and pdfs of FF's many suspicious companys' documentation). Weird!

I apologise for subjecting you all to this nonsense, but I suppose it may be important for the purpose of studying the more disturbing aspects of the human condition.

For the Vendetta, the criminal Gang used old published criminal lies written by a well known welsh fraudster.
