Did you mean to include a link here? And do you have any further details? especially for those users without access to YouTube or with bandwidth restrictions.
I'm guessing that, as you put this in 'COINTELPRO and disinformation', you're wondering if that applies to this guy?
Just an extra note, as you are new to the forum: if you are planning to add a link, and you think this guy is disinformation or you just don't know then the thing to do is put an underscore at the beginning of the link like so: _http://www.whatever
In this way, people can still look it up if they choose, but it is not made into an active link, so is not accessible to search engine web-crawlers etc.

This post is most likely in the wrong forum since I don't consider it bad information
...I watched some of his films yesterday and he basically talks about the maritime laws and contracts that have been used to suppress our freedoms. Such as driver’s licenses, bank loans, birth certificates and such. His videos are short and to the point. He also talks about how to get out of binding contracts.
