Just watched this movie made by the BBC about Richard Feynman's investigation into the Challenger Space Shuttle disaster of 1986. Always wanted to read his books on the topic, but since I haven't had the chance until now, decided to watch this movie for a nice break. I don't know how factual it is, but according to wiki it is based on these two books:

_http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Challenger

Feynman, Richard; Feynman, Gweneth; Leighton, Ralph (1988). What Do You Care What Other People Think?. W. W. Norton. ISBN 0-393-02659-0.
McDonald, Allan J; Hansen, James R. Truth, Lies and O-Rings.

The struggle to cut through the bureaucracy, self-interests and BS is appreciated. The best part was Feyman's explanation of the problem at the press conference. Even I understood! :P I liked it, at least I have a better idea of the Challenger disaster. ;)

I watched this film this past weekend. I think they did a fine job of presenting what is already publicly known about the disaster, and how it became to be known against all odds. I did not feel that my time had been wasted. Good acting.
