2 Kakis
120gr buckwheat (In french we say Sarrazin, this is anecdoticaly how we called the Arabic who were trying to civilize us long time ago ;D)
100 gr fat (if you use butter, please get it organic, especially if you know the farmer's methods)
80 gr sugar (non-refined or you may use stevia or honey)
