Wow, and I thought this section of the forum was for humour. No wonder the guy got scared when everyone is acting so uptight and serious.
Perri, if you're still reading... you wrote in your intro that you're easily discouraged. I think this is a case in point. Don't let it get to you.
These guys have been focusing on serious topics for so long that they sometimes forget how to relax.
You've already made it clear that you do not intend to follow the rules of the forum in your first post.

I made a web page where I keep the log daily. You can check it out here: http://mandatory-intellectomy.eu.pn/iodine.htm
I probably won't post much here, but I will try to keep that log up-to-date, so you can recheck there later to see where it's going. <snip>
PS: If you respond with something about a new bee section, you will be stung by a wasp.
Since that was a useful contribution to an important health thread, and that was your only interest (or so you claimed), it was allowed to pass with no comment.
However, the above is a bit more participatory in the forum at large. If you intend to continue along this line, you will need to comply with the guidelines.
Just to make it more explicit as to the weirdness of the gingerbread man "joke". Keep in mind, we eat gingerbread in the form of houses and "men". To equate a food item with a human of flesh, and the house as being flesh, can sort of instantly trigger revulsion just as one is revolted by cannibalism.
It's quite different from the butterfly/man/dream which deals with two types of LIVING creatures, not a living being versus a cookie. It's kind of sick to think of a cookie as a man (or whatever) and then purpose/propose to eat it.
Try to think of the symbology there.
And if Perri475's sensibilities are so fragile, he wouldn't make it here anyway.
