You can crank up the microphone levels to the max. on your computer or just please put the microphone close to you, this way you can speak at a low voice (if you don't wish to disturb others at your home for example) we will still hear you better. Everybody is loud on the recording and if we crank the volume up, because we can't hear you, the room starts to shake, when the others - Jonathan, Elliot, Doug, Gaby, Erica - speak up and they were already very well audible at normal volume levels.
