The Human Reality - By Peter Prew

Has anybody here read " The human Reality" by Peter Prew?

I picked up a copy at a Junk shop which I still haven't read.

As I still have a list of Forum recommended books to read I was considering throwing it out even though it looks interesting. Each time I read a new recommended book it makes me want to read the next and so I never get a chance to read outside the list so to speak.

I'll give a brief synopsis from the front flysheet of the book.

"In stark contrast to the usual view of human evolution as a progressive Ascent of Man from a primitive state of nature to a sophisticated and comfortable civilization, Peter prew views the development of Homo sapiens after the Mesolithic period (some 10-12,000 years BP) as a dangerous degeneration and effectual re evolution into what constitutes almost a different species."

If anyone knows of it or has read it I would appreciate your comments. Otherwise Its time for me to choose does it stay or go? :/

Don't throw it away!!! I looked for it on amazon and a used copy is selling for $1000!

Why don't you read the first and last chapters, skim quickly through the rest and tell us what you think?

OMG!!!! Well stopped, Thank you. I'll read it, I might cherry pick tho until I can see if it's looking fruitful. I will report just as soon as I finish " Operation Trojan Horse" John Keel.

So many books, so little time!

Thanks for that. I might sell it after. :D
