The Lone Gunman TV premiere

Did anyone see the pilot of the TV show The Lone Gunman.
I just saw an interview with one of the stars.

Apparently the show was about a plot to fly a passenger airplane into the world trade center.
With the end of the arms race, an international war on terrorism was needed, to sell arms and keep the economy going.

The show aired in March 2001 before September 11, was made in Vancouver BC in 2000.

I recall seeing the very last part of this show as the pilot regained control during the lasts second before impact. Can't remember if this was on US TV before I moved in May 2001 or late night dubbed TV in Santiago de Chile before the big real life event.

The whole of the pilot episode has recently been posted on youtube. A secret government team remotely hijacks a passenger jet and attempts to fly it into the World Trade Centre, blame it on Arab terrorists, then start a war in the middle east; 6 months later the real thing happens and succeeds. What can one add?
