The Master of the Carriage

I found this animated film through Gurdjieff Club.

An unusually beautiful and deeply affecting parable, presented through the magic of stop-motion puppet animation. Picture a nineteenth century carriage, with an old-fashioned carriage, but a crowd of strangers steps out. Thus begins a series of mythic adventures in which the driver must struggle to face his inner obstacles, all the while searching for a true master. This charming film is beloved by both adults and children. "The charm and apparent naivete in this short film are deceptive. The viewer, like the carriage driver, may well be called into posing a serious question: Am I master of myself?" directed by Cyril Lanier. 43 minutes.

Did anyone watch it?

Only Part 1 works on youtube :(

Thanks for the link, grini. I found this simple and beautiful "PRAYER OF GRATITUD"

From a piano concert by Elan Sicroff at Maryland Hall in 2007. Mr. Sicroff has been a leading proponent of the music of G. I. Gurdjieff and Thomas De Hartmann. Two CD's and numerous concerts throughout the world are his contribution to the legacy of the composers. He studied with Olga De Hartmann the composers wife and with J. G. Bennett who in turn was a student of Gurdjieff himself. Mr. Sicroff has been collaborating as a pianist on movement seminars and other events in Europe and the USA since 1972. http://www.sicroff.com/
