The Money Tree

What is noteworthy is that the vast majority who did take, took but a single dollar.

This indicates that they consciously left dollars for others.

Found this comment under the vid. That's exactly what I find most impressing, too.

Imagine everyone would just hang 1% of their fund on a nearby tree for sharing with others. (Or on a really long boulevard of trees, for some people).

Ok, the result would be quite a bill polluted world.

Nice idea. ;) And although the concept involves mundane money bills, strangely what this tree reminded me most, is all those giving people with soul qualities who are usually not seen or noticed by most of their fellow men. This is evidence that we usually fail to grasp things that are not in the range of our anticipation, unless we really pay attention. It seems anticipation restricts, and strict attention to the reality of what is in front of us rewards... :cool2:

First of all, very neat experiment! :D

It would be fair at first, but once psychopaths noticed a pattern that they could benefit from, they would figure out a way to "harvest" this, as they have time and again. This is pretty much what always happens when a new creative idea is put into practice in our world by people with the wish to do good, but lacking knowledge of predators.

It's a touching little video. :P

"The people would look at the Money Tree... but somehow they weren't able to see it"

That part was unbelievable... then I remember some people looked at the tree as nothing was there.
It shows that most people are not greedy but they are sleeping (or daydreams) when they are walking!

Lovely video!

Yeah, people cannot see something which does not fit into their beliefs about reality, and for many people STO is not a part of reality.
