That was cute, thanks for sharing. It took a kind gentle old lady to bravely show her appreciation for the musicians. In her era the police weren't the brutal storm-troopers they are today. It looked like the dog was enjoying itself too. :P
 
Yes, it's curious that in the most of the world isn't so common see these things, and the truth this changed when occurs Pinochet arrest in London in 1998. Before that, especially in the 80 to 70, the police participated in many cases of human rights abuses, and now is very crazy see this contrast, but now of course there are police abuses especially in "Araucania" (geographical area of conflict with the natives at south of Chile) but it sounds strange to say, but those are isolated cases. Here I found this other video of a police dancing like Michael Jackson. He is a bit rigid, and he looks like Lurch of The Adams Family, but it's funny :P
