That was a bit harsh in my opinion, Persej. People do occasionaly share things they like here on the forum - things that are not serious in nature. I think this thread belongs to a different section of the forum.

Casper, I agree with the suggestion of putting in a few lines of text describing the content of the video. You can do this just like you type in a regular post. In this case it could be something like " Here is a 3 minute video clip showing beautiful earth pictures".

By the way, I enjoyed watching the video.

I agree, a bit harsh. Whats's wrong with asking why the video was posted, or post your own thoughts about the video and its source? How are folk going to learn, especially those relatively new the forum, if there is no discussion to encourage learning, only snippy 'don't do that' remarks?

Casper, you may have unwittingly walked into a minefield here though, The Secret has been discussed on the forum and is largely seen as disinformation designed to encourage blind belief in 'magical / wishful thinking' aka 'you create your own reality' (but you don't have to actually DO anything, just think nice thoughts - magic!) So probably not the best choice of sources there! And because you posted it in movie picks and pans, without any comment, it kind of looks like an endorsement.
